Haven't even arrived for our reservation yet. We had to make FIVE different points of contact to receive written confirmation that our reservation had been updated to our specific room request. We had been assured since August that it was taken care of. Silverado lied to us the entire time and told us today, after reaching out for the fifth time, that it was our fault we weren't in the correct room despite following their instructions. Lorraine Hernandez, Silverado's group rooms coordinator/reservations, provided the worst customer service that I've received from someone in the service industry. I sure hope this is all bad luck but my expectations for our stay at this point are incredibly low.
I had a fantastic experience at The Mansion Bar at Silverado Resort! The bartenders were incredibly welcoming and made us amazing whiskey sours. Their hospitality and the quality of the drinks made our visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

My husband and I were surprised to taste one of the best burgers we’ve ever had at a resort bar&restaurant nonetheless! I was sad to take my last bite! The flavors and quality made it amazing. The drinks were very good, atmosphere is beautiful with the great live music ! The service was attentive and friendly! Highly recommend

It’s absolutely breathtaking. Great food at the restaurant and grill. Amazing golf courses with spectacular views.
Great place!!!!! I will recommend
Do not waste your money here, it is very disappointing. The rooms are terrible, small, dark, musty. We paid over $300 per night and had a cramped room with no windows and the air didn’t work well. We got to our room and the carpet was sopping wet. They moved us to another room that looked like a 1960’s hotel room with an uncomfortable bed and the air didn’t work well. Don’t be fooled, this is nowhere near a 4 star hotel.
We got a suite that wasn't cleaned, instead of two cleaned suites, it y9ok more than two hours for us to get the right suites and when we asked for the manager no one was available, supervisor on shift and the supervisor on charge on the following week Sent emails to Manager Stanley Mutheki and a month later we are still waiting for a call back, again no response or an apology from management. We were at Silverado with our 4 kids and have to spent our evening fixing their mistake. Save your money, Customer Service is deplorable and there are dozens of great options for a better place.

I had the worst check-in experience in my entire life!! Staff was very unprofessional and “racist”. We arrived at 4 pm and were still in line until maybe 4:16 (a group of people were reserving rooms for the 80th birthday of the man in front of us… it was taking the girl a while to book. She seemed polite and new). After them in line was a Hispanic woman, then a white woman, then us, then more people showed up. One lady came from behind the counter by the fireplace and approached the white lady in front of me saying literally while pointing at the woman (not white) helping the large group: “this is unacceptable… I am not authorized to do this, but I am gonna help you”. She helped her and gave her her keys. At around 4:25 approximately, I approached the woman and asked her if this is the only counter to check in, and she said yes and didn’t help me. She completely ignored the woman in front of me, and the people behind us (Asian). Then another employee arrived, started her shift and helped us. The lady in front of me and I were very provoked and talked about it, making this woman hear it but she completely ignored it. Long story short, this is unacceptable. Unless the woman who was in front of me in the line is the owner of the resort, it is UNACCEPTABLE. Silverado, first and last time. Never again! If you need to reach out to investigate that, I have a photo of my friend with the woman in the background. I am sure you have cameras in your lobby. Check October 28 at 4 pm.

Exceptional experience and service at the Silverado resort! We stayed at a beautiful 1 bedroom, Golf was outstanding! Pools were quite and clean Can’t say enough about the staff at this resort. They made us feel special and looked after every need. The grill restaurant over looking the course was a nice atmosphere with excellent service and food. Highly recommend to treat yourself and stay at this resort
The resort itself is beautiful, the amenities are great. The front desk staff, the shipping and receiving staff are careless. I came here for a business trip and needed to ship back my breast milk to my baby. It was within a cooler and had serious time constraints attached to it. As a working mother, these are the necessary moves I have to make to feed my child. Before my arrival I called guest services to confirm a FedEx pickup and left a voicemail with shipping and receiving to ensure that I could actually do this on campus. I never got a call back from anyone. Upon my arrival I asked the front desk staff about this and they informed that it would be no problem as there are scheduled pickup windows. The morning of my check out, I called the front desk again to confirm. And again, informed that this would be no issue and to just drop the shipment at the front desk before I checked out. And I did just that. So imagine my surprise when my shipment hadn't arrived to it's final destination and I called the front desk at Silverado to find out that my shipment of milk had never been picked up and it was sitting in the back. Nobody knew what to do. After two hours of back and forth panicked calls and terrible communication about how they would resolve this issue I ended up sending my own courier. At one point they sent a bellman off the resort with my milk to FedEx without informing me. No higher ups got involved, which is baffling. This was not an issue about missing golf clubs, but something rather serious. I pleaded for a solve as this was the only way I could feed my baby. I needed that milk to arrive this weekend. I asked multiple times to speak to a manager, someone higher up who would understand the severity of the issue. I was told to leave a voicemail for the resort manager and to send an email and I would likely hear back by Monday. Nobody acted like they cared. I've left a voicemail for the resort manager, but I figured that someone would have called me by now to check in and apologize. NOTHING. All in all, the shipment will be spoiled by the time it arrives to me. This simple act of carelessness has caused irreparable damage and impacted the livelihood of a baby.
Lively environment, upscale, wonderful seating overlooking golf course, nice views.Great cocktails.
