The food was very expensive even for Napa standards. A couple of us ordered the shrimp and crab spaghetti. First of all, you could not find any crab in the noodles. The overpowering seasoning was just terrible. You could not taste anything else other than tarragon and other herbs. A little goes a long ways in their case they just really overdid it and it was uneditable. One of their specialty drinks they said was likened to a Paloma was undrinkable. They added a flora liquor that absolutely overpowered the drink which again was very expensive. The shrimp and calamari. Friti was a little soggy, but tasted good. The restaurant itself is well placed on the waterfront and has a nice decor. The staff are friendly. We will not be returning due to the caliber of the food.
This restaurant is probably better for dinner for me since there wasn't anything on the lunch menu I wanted. I had the crab cakes appetizer and it was good, but very small. The ambiance is fairly formal, well done and our service was very good. Next time here will be for happy hour or dinner.
The service was wonderful but the food was sub par. I would not go back as the food was nothing special and over priced.
Tutto ok ... qualità , servizio , molto professionale ed amichevole.... Il conto un po alto
Empty restaurant and they sat us by food traffic in the middle of the aisle. Food and service made up for it.
Always enjoying it. Our last setting on 31st you did run out of our favorite food! Please, make Sure it does not happened next time, thank you!

We have never been to Napa so we wanted to go to a higher quality restaurant to have a nice experience on the Napa River. We discussed if parking were an issue, we would go someplace else. It was an artificially built made to look historic building with no direct parking but since we found street parking (after making a u turn in the street), we stayed. At first, I was excited, I loved the river front, the look of the outside bar, and the design of the restaurant. I walked in and no one was there to greet us, the open kitchen staff (where there appeared to have at least 10 workers), just kept working, didn’t acknowledge me, and the few who looked up, didn’t say “someone will be right with you” or anything. We waited a few more minutes and thought about leaving. When someone did arrive, I said it seems like there will likely be a lot of people customers arriving later, and she shook her head and said “no”. All I could think was, that’s a large staff to pay for not many patrons for a restaurant. What a sad state of affairs for a world renowned town like Napa to have ungrateful staff, I saw another couple staff members jibber jabbering out front and being so disrespectful of anyone dining there. The server was excellent - he deserves 5 stars. We started with soup and salad and decided if it wasn’t 5 stars, we may not order an entree. The Caesar salad was poorly chopped, had minimal dressing, and the soup was luke warm. We decided to leave. The architecture was beautiful - I took photos when we first arrived. But not impressed with the food so didn’t take any images of the disappointment. Wasn’t going to do a review but I think the Owner should know he’s wasting his money on staffing.

From the moment we entered we were comfortable and well cared for. Cole was both a consummate host and impeccable server. The cioppino was among the very best we have ever had...and we over-ate in order to finish the Meyer lemon custard, blueberry compote and almond crunch dessert which finished off our evening. Great vibe and the finest food!!
We truly enjoyed our dinner and we would like to thank Tammy for making our son's birthday celebration extra special. Highly recommended!
