Five stars for the service that we received from Monica. She was outstanding. The food was good but not for the price we paid. We got the seafood platter at market price. 4 prawns, 4 crab legs uncracked (not a half crab like on the menu), 6 oysters, 1 lobster tail cut in half, and some ceviche with mediocre tortilla chips for $145 wasn't worth it at all. The crab sandwich was good and the scallop plate was flavorful but the scallops themselves were salty (although nothing else was). Service was so good, though! 3 adults and 2 littles and the bill with a 20% tip was a few dollars shy of $400. It was an experience but I don't think I'll return. Also, they really need to clean the myriad of cob webs off of the hanging light fixtures outside. If I'm paying $400 for dinner, the place better be clean.

i had the noodles with clams and it was ok. A bit bland so I asked for a side of pasta sauce. My husband had clam chowder and I must say, it was the best
I've ever had. We are from Seattle and we tried tons of CC but this was the BEST. He also ordered the Steak with shrimp, asparagus and patatos and that was the bomb. Their bread also is fantastic. We sat outside and the atmosphere was very nice. Best of all was our waitress Yvonne (729). Very friendly and outgoing. She really made the experience top notch. Thank you Yvonne 🤗

Great seafood. A little delay in getting our table despite a reservation so we sat at the bar for 25 mins. Service was very good once we were seated. Excellent food. Fresh and very tasty seafood. The west coast oysters and the crab cakes were delicious. The bread pudding dessert was lovely. Recommended.
The biggest disappointment so far. The service was atrocious. We felt rushed from the moment we got there all the way to the end. Nothing about the service was optimal. The delivery of the food by the runners left a lot to be desired. Spilling part of our order and expecting us to take it as is, was not acceptable. We had to clean the mess on the table and demand they bring us a replacement dish. The value of the food received was similar to what I would expect at a higher end restaurant. Very dissatisfied with the entire visit.
The service was atrocious! Yes, I know that getting competent wait staff is a challenge for all restaurants, especially with the evil ICE brigade, although humpty trumpty does not understand that tourism is a big component in the US economy. But this restaurant's management was really incompetent: their excuse was that one of the bar-tenders didn't show up (so the woman who initially took our drink and food order apparently was the ONLY bartender and never showed up at our table again ). 20 minutes for cappuccinos...? The people at the next table also waited that long for their meal! The manager was apologetic, but at $40++ for entrees, they need to over-staff and if the service is "too attentive ", so what? I and my dining partner are both locals, and neither of us are returning anytime soon! PS-food is very good, and with enough waitstaff to handle the customers (and btw, the restaurant was not full!), it might be worth the price. But not currently.
All of the food we ordered was outstanding, but the service was even more so.......our waiter was always there when we wanted him, and not when we didn't. A most pleasant and enjoyable evening!
Food was good. The grilled branzino was the best. Got the 14oz rib eye steak for $89 but not worth it. It was very chewy and needed more sear and seasoning. The calamari and shrimp fritti was very good. Perfect crisp and flavor but they needed to use a smaller plate or put more in it. Cuz it looks awkward when half the plate is unused. The desserts were the biggest disappointments. The cremem brulle was not smooth at all. If felt like a cheated crème brulee cuz it tasted like they used gelatin. The molten caramel chocolate cake was not molten and the chocolate was not rich so it's too sweet! The damage is $300 for a family of 4.
The dessert was delicious but the service was very lacking. Our server only came to take our order and then never came back until it was time for the bill but only after we had asked for the multiple times
This is the fourth time we have eaten at the Waterfront Grill. There was a large group of approx 30 people there and it was too noisy- this taitnted our experience which before this was very good

my husband and I came as part of our anniversary trip and the food and service was outstanding. If we're ever in town again we will for sure be going again!
The ambience and service was nice but the food was way too salty for all the dishes that we had. The pasta under the sea bass was overdone and not pleasant to eat... too expensive for the quality of food that we got.
Lovely riverfront setting in Napa. Very good service. Clam chowder was excellent. Remainder of food was so so....bread was stale, oysters quite small, Chilean Sea Bass was in an extremely oily sauce although the fish was good. Robbie was a good waiter.
We took my dad to Waterfront Grill for Father's Day dinner. Even though we had reserved an indoor table, they were kind enough to seat us at a great outdoor table. Water came quickly and our server was super attentive and helpful. He didn't hesitate when mentioning the specials - he clearly knew his stuff. Drinks came quickly as well. Our entrees were presented lovely and portions were great for the price. We each ordered something different and each had totally different flavor profiles. That is often not the case. Needless to say, we were impressed. All in all, a great experience with attentive service staff.
We arrived early for our reservation and decided to sit and eat at the bar. The service was excellent. The food was well prepared, but not exceptional. The value pick was the mussels as an appetizer that was entree sized. A little spicy, but not too much.
