BEST custom bagel sandwich AND a fair price! As a vegan, it can be very hard to find great food options at a fair price. Most establishments charge me for the egg, even though I take it off. Then, they charge me to ADD avocado! It can be frustrating that my orders usually cost $4-5 dollars MORE to modify, when I took off all the expensive items. WELL, yesterday at the Napa Farmer's Market, the lovely staff not only customized my breakfast sandwich, BUT only charged me for the items on my sandwich. I was not charged extra for the avocado. It was a very FAIR PRICE. I appreciate the consideration of what it cost for my actual sandwich instead of making me pay for products I do not consume and removed. I LOVE THIS COMPANY and their INTEGRITY! THANK YOU!

A bagel from Toasted is akin to a loaf from Tartine. It resets the bar of what a common item can be when an artisan goes deep do n the rabbit hole and applies an almost obsessive devotion to the craft. It’s impossible to have another bagel and not compare it it Toasted. The snap, chew, and ferment are zeroed in and unmatched. THE bagel!!!

We found Toasted at the San Rafael Farmers Market and they are now my kids’ favorite bagels (and the only ones they’ll eat). They love having (and asking for) toasted Toasted bagels with Toasted cream cheese. I love Toasted for the monthly special cream cheese (partial to the pepper variations). Wish they had a shop in Marin. Highly recommend!!

The best bagels in town and the only reason we go the Napa Farmers market! Our go to is everything bagel and veg spread. If there is a long line, well worth the wait! If you don’t want to wait in line pick up a pack of bagels from Hudson at the Oxbow and get your Toasted fix!
