I wouldn't recommend dining here. One of our dishes squab came out raw in parts. Overly rich food - resulting in a disappointing experience.

Amazing meal. Get Justin as your server if you can and follow his guidance. He will not steer you wrong on dishes, wine or anything else. Fabulous meal.

Second time eating at Torc and it did not disappoint. Some of the best service you can get in Napa. Waiters are on it, water is always full, table is cleaned before entree , cutlery replaced, all in a smooth sweep. Food was great, and my mocktail actually felt classy and not just juice served in a fancy glass.

I was a bit disappointed with dinner. A few of us had the scallops, and they pretty mediocre. Flavors didn't hold together , portions were super small (for the price), and the coconut rice was way too sweet and didn't complement the rest of the dish. Too bad. We had been to Torc a couple of years ago, and had a great experience. It seems to have gone downhill quite a bit.

Second time here..this was for a birthday. Sat upstairs and we ordered multiple plates family style. Everything was on point. Foodn was amazing as was the service and cocktails. Hats off to management and a well trained staff. Well be back!

Hard rock guitar music playing throughout the entire time we were there. Could not have any type of conversation. Could not hear the server over the loud guitar playing. Really awful. The manager, Cynthia , could have cared less that we asked to turn it down a notch. Mushy yellow tail. Sent back. Was not offered an alternative since this was my entree. Not taken off the tab. We are locals,,,will never be back.

TORC is fantastic! We got the tempura squash blossoms, hamachi tartare, tajarin pasta, scallops, and beef short rib. Each dish was delicious and unique. Highly, highly recommend!

The tomato salad was one of the best things my wife has every eaten and she is a tough rater. The pasta was a bit overcooked but everything else was just terrific.

The tables near the front window were in the direct path of the AC blowing and it was very cold. Appetizers were very good. We really enjoyed the deviled eggs and sweet potato bites... delish!! Lobster pasta was good but not great. The beef short rib was ok. The coconut lime sorbet was delicious and refreshing. The service was top notch and prompt! Our waiter made excellent recommendations.

The Halibut was super fresh (I used to be a commercial fisherman) all the dishes were impeccably prepared with creative flavor combinations. The service was top notch and generous, no reusing a fork here! Sure it's expensive, but value is high.
