A very nice and pricy steakhouse restaurant. Underwhelmed by the food. Most everything was tepid at best Lobster bisque... lukewarm Torchieta pasta and cheese- luke warm Baked rolls appetizer- bland and Luke warm Roasted chicken was hot and delicious Walnut old fashioned- delicious Service was great!! Main issue was temperature of foods
Everything was superb! Our server Jake was super attentive and knowledgeable and took great care of us. Highly recommend!
Worst steak house I have ever been to....and after 70 years thats saying something . My wife wrote a detailed yelp review, worth a look.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Ember Steak. The restaurant interior is lovely and comfortable. We arrived early for our reservation but were seated immediately. Our waiter was excellent--friendly and attentive. The support staff was also good, and each person who came to the table asked about the food and if we needed anything else. We appreciated that the manager also stopped by to make sure we were well taken care of and to chat for a few minutes. Ember Steak goes out of its way to demonstrate concern for its customers! Most importantly, everything we ordered was delicious! Our waiter made excellent recommendations, especially for the drinks (cocktails to start, red wine with the meal, and dessert wine at the end). My only issue is that this restaurant is difficult to find! We took a Lyft car there and back so we could both drink. The Lyft driver could not find the restaurant, so dropped us off on Bordeaux Way, and we wandered around before finally finding a Meritage employee whom we could ask. The sign at the restaurant entrance cannot be seen until standing right in front of it! Our return driver went to a "drop off point" for the concerts held at the Meritage, but we were able to communicate by phone to finally connect. Be aware of this if you take Uber or Lyft to the restaurant!
Steak was delicious!! Chicken was moist and flavorful!! They had great game choices like camel but we were not up for but our choices were fantastic!!!
Ember was a fabulous restaurant to celebrate! My wife and I enjoyed everything... from drinks, appetizers/starters to dessert! The carpaccio ceasar and jumbo shrimp, to our steaks (rib eye and NY strip... were cooked perfectly) accompanied with asparagus and mushrooms and finishing off perfectly with bananas Foster's! More importantly, the service from Bryce and David was fantastic!! Made our 25th wedding anniversary perfect! THANK YOU!!
The service was great and the food was delicious. Some may think it is pricey but worth it since food and service were great.
The ribeye was a very thin steak so was overcooked and tough. I don't mind paying top dollar for a good steak but this just wasn't a good steak that was severed with a quarter of a raw onion and a cluster of 3 Cherry tomatoes. Would not go back.
We had an amazing dinner for our anniversary. The pork chop is one of the best i've ever had. Steak was delicious and Bryce was great his customer service was exceptional. Thank you
Great food and experience- waitstaff knowledgeable and helpful. Drinks and wine options great. Meals incredible!

We were underwhelmed We stayed at the Meritage and felt like olive and Hay was better although we only had breakfast there It is pricey and I felt the cost did not match the quality of food Best part of the meal was the potatoe and that's not saying much
We were pleasantly surprised with this restaurant having never been there. Maya our server was excellent...personable, attentive and quick witted. She made our night. The food was delicious and the music from the Jazz concert(unexpected) was a perfect mix for a special evening.
Wonderful experience. Special Occasion or just date night out. The Blue Note music backdrop is an added treat. Service is very good. Pricing is what you would expect from a Napa Steak House. Enjoy!
There was a concert during our dinner, so there was our entertainment, David Lee Roth We had the Australia Waygu tomahawk, asparagus and miktake mushrooms. Everything was delicious and peach cobbler and passion fruit sorbet for dessert. Service was attentive and overall a great restaurant to enjoy the ambiance and food.
We walked into the restaurant just before 7 without a reservation, hoping to just grab a quick dinner at the bar. The bar was full and the tables appeared to be about 30% occupied, so we asked for a table. The hostess told us that they were fully committed and could not serve us until 8:30. We walked outside and opened Open Table, where this restaurant showed availability every 15 minutes starting at 7:15, so we booked the 7:15 and walked back inside and got seated. Very frustrating! We were not addressed at the table by a server for about 12 minutes. We quickly ordered all courses. Food, cocktails, and wine were actually pretty good, but the staff's services were under par for the industry.
