Really great place for wine tasting! Large list of wine options from local vineyards. The best part is that there isn't a preselected menu and they will cater the wine to what you like the most. Alicia was fantastic, very knowledgeable and offered great suggestions! Will definitely be back next time, this place is awesome!

Vinters does it right again! So convenient they're located next to some great restaurants downtown. Went in and asked for a chilled white wine to have with spicy Thai food lunch and not be too heavy, David handed me a bottle of something called Kerner and absolutely nailed it for the pairing. On my way back now, just to buy some more!

The Vintners Collective is my favorite tasting room in all of the world, and I have been everywhere in the world wine tasting: CA, OR, Italy, NZ, Niagara, etc. They have a nonpareil curated list of difficult-to-find wines and the place is a veritable venue of vinous adventure. The tasting room managers are all uniformly knowledgeable and unscripted (unlike some of the other big wineries who, hard up for hires, hand a cheat sheet to a wine idiot and make them memorize it). I would single out Alicia and Mike as my favorites. Unbelievably personable, engaging, funny, and will go as deep as you want to go into the nerdiness of wine, or keep it low-key if you're new to the grape. Anyone who mistakes their knowledge for snobbery or ostensible elitism is a wine Philistine and maybe would be better off wasting hundreds at Caymus and Stag's Leap. The building where the Vintners Collective is housed is the coolest building in Downtown Napa.

MUST VISIT IN NAPA. The best experience available in Napa. HANDS DOWN. Try to visit on a Friday or Saturday to meet Alicia and Mike. They take hospitality, wine knowledge, and guest experience to new heights. Alicia is beyond personable, with an understanding of this speciality curated collection. I love the education she provides of the Rutherford and Oakville AVAs. She orchestrates tastings as a dance across the palate, engaging all the senses. Mike also brings the heat, leveraging the atmosphere of the tasting room, he tantalizes each pour with facts that any true wine lover will consume with vigor. New to wine? You could not find a more welcoming establishment that will transverse terroir and enlighten your formidable palate.

Visited Vintner's Collective on June 26th with 23 industry friends. Michael Johnson was our host upstairs and outside on the deck. It was an amazing 3 hour experience. Enjoyed the casual setting, wonderful deck that comfortably seated all guests. Highly recommended visiting when you're in Napa. The selection of boutique wine is remarkable.

My husband and I loved Vintner's Collective 10 years ago. We stopped in this week to check out the shop and were served by Ms. Pot. She was remarkably unpleasant to us. When I told her I liked Rutherford cabs, she said basically said my taste was pedestrian and I only liked them because they were popular. I've been drinking wines for 25 years and I'm pretty sure I know what I like. She literally made a gagging noise when my husband asked about a specific wine. I was shocked when she scolded our friend for pouring water into his wine glass. I would skip Vintners and head elsewhere! There are lots of nice places with great staff.

My wife and I had a fantastic time at Vintner’s Collective. Their selection of wine is expansive and their sommeliers were extraordinarily knowledgeable, helpful, and great company. Shout out to Alicia who gave us great advice for traveling in San Francisco and to being a great friend. I look forward to going back there!

We had such a great time here in early March. We decided to do the No 2 tasting which is a more exclusive and tailored tasting. Stephanie was our wine educator and she was fantastic. Super knowledgable about all the wines and selected a fantastic selection from the valley. We love coming to independent tasting rooms because it allows us to discover new wineries. The business is also located in a National landmark which adds a historic flair to the ambiance. We definitely will be back soon!
