Food is not even close as good as the wingstop in American canyon . This wingstop i dont know what they putting that oil but the pasted 2 times it is just terrible for my stomach

I should have checked before I left the store. I never leave reviews but as I waited 45 minutes for my food and paid close to 30 dollars for this! I ordered an 8 piece with a LARGE carrot stick order. this is not an 8 piece and this is not a large carrot stick order. I’m trying to call the store so I can get what I paid for, but they keep sending me to voicemail. Y’all totally skimped me

Waited over an hour food. Gave up. Canceled order. Never got a refund. Terrible!
Went in at a slow time of day so nobody was in there. We ordered our food at 3:06pm. The cashier told us our food would be ready in 15 mins. After 15 mins,!the employees were still serving online orders so customers were coming in & out. So we went back in to see if our order was ready, they said they’re still working on it.
We got our bag at exactly 3:36pm. So it took twice the amount of time they told us. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt because the food tastes alright. We also didn’t get napkins. Can’t forget basic things like that.
**WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!**
The employees don’t show ANY professionalism. The employees need to pick up the pace & prioritize ALL orders, not just online orders. Speed is the main issue here. Fix that & I’ll consider coming back.

Mismanaged on a ridiculously abysmal and horrible level. Whoever is the district manager has no idea what the hell they are doing. The people hired and working there have absolutely no clue. I had a $22 Wing combo that I ordered on site and knew it would take a while to get. I came back AN HOUR LATER. It still was not ready. I was polite and said that I would come back later, I came back 30 minutes later...and I'm not kidding, they somehow lost my order and the kid at the front had no awnser. I'm currently calling corperate to try to figure it out.
