I found a piece of hair in my ranch, and it completely ruined my appetite. It was gross and made me question how clean the food really was. Employees should be more careful and always keep their hair tied back. There need to be stricter rules to prevent hair from getting into the food.

Just got off a 10 hour shift and I placed my order for my family and I so I wouldn’t have to wait. When I got there they had told me 20 more minutes and I placed the order 30 minutes ago When I got my food I went straight home and when I saw the tenders they had no sauce. No flavor. Cold and hard. I went back and they said they couldn’t do nothing about it because I took the food and came back to late? Overall 1/10 experience.

Where can I start. Messed up my order, realized it when I got home. I continued to call and call and no one picked up the phone for 30 minutes. Overall. Waste of money and service not up to par. Never ordered plain wings. I ordered boneless plain wings 🤦🏾♀️ and I have no clue where these two corn come from.

You might as well drive to American Canyon for some wingstop. This location doesn’t care for your business. I ordered my fries with extra seasoning and got them cold with barely any seasoning at all. The wings, sandwich are extra greasy, and lack flavor as well. They also don’t have change if you’re looking to pay cash, and too lazy to grab change to replenish their cash register.
These folks unfortunately can’t run the shop. They should try again. Not sure why orders get so messed up but they do like 75% of the time.
