I ordered the 30 wing family pack for the family to eat and it was $70. I paid for the family pack. 30 wings, fries, and veggies. Everything was good until I got my order. I look inside the bag and no fries. Like cmon, I paid $70 for this food and you guys forgot my fries. Trash service and keep in mind this was my first time ordering from this location. Trash

My wife and I had lunch at Wingstop yesterday, reading the reviews on the way to the restaurant, we almost went somewhere else. We thought we would find out for ourselves. Nice at the restaurant, the manager took our order. The wings came out shortly after. 15 Parmesan and garlics wings, bone in with vegetables. The wings were succulent, juicy, meaty, hot and fresh. A far cry from what the reviews are saying. Our visit was very pleasant. Staff were very accommodating and genuine. Don’t always believe what you read. Swing buy and check it out for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

Ordered ahead of time, driver shows up at Wingstop and tells me they are out of wings. I ordered two hours ahead of time, so why are you not telling me or the delivery driver way ahead of time that you don’t have wings? Then…
I asked to cancel my order and to refund me. They canceled the order, but said I’d have to call support to get a refund.
Why? You don’t have my order, therefore you refund me, no questions asked, right? Wrong…
I’ve called at least 10 times, nobody is answering after I let it ring for at least 5 minutes every time. I’ve left a voicemail after waiting at least 10 minutes to see if they actually had a voicemail. Nobody has called me back.
So, as of now I’ve spent $40 and received no food. This Wingstop, apparently, will steal your money.
Also, how does a Wingstop not have wings to sell on a Sunday, before noon, during football season? How does a Wingstop run out of wings, period? That’s what you do, you sell wings. Therefore, you need to have wings to sell.
These people are completely incompetent and clearly are not doing their jobs.

I placed an order online and I tried to cancel it immediately because I was trying to change the time. However ad soon as I called, no one picks up the phone. I've called numerous times. I understand you guys are busy but this is unprofessional not answering the phone

I found a piece of hair in my ranch, and it completely ruined my appetite. It was gross and made me question how clean the food really was. Employees should be more careful and always keep their hair tied back. There need to be stricter rules to prevent hair from getting into the food.

Ive tried it 3 different times in hopes that something will be appetizing. Ive been disappointed with the chicken. The garlic chicken sandwich was the worst. I could not eat it. I took one bite and the chicken tasted fact.

Just got off a 10 hour shift and I placed my order for my family and I so I wouldn’t have to wait. When I got there they had told me 20 more minutes and I placed the order 30 minutes ago
When I got my food I went straight home and when I saw the tenders they had no sauce. No flavor. Cold and hard. I went back and they said they couldn’t do nothing about it because I took the food and came back to late? Overall 1/10 experience.

We walked in and were told they are doing mobile orders only. We only had cash on us, so we were very disappointed.
Just don’t do it. Tried once and NEVER doing that again. Get your ish together wingstop!
