Had high hopes for Winston’s Cafe & Bakery, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to expectations. We were given a table number and thought they’d bring our order to us, but instead, they never called our name, so our coffees were lukewarm by the time we got them. The bagels we wanted were out of stock, and the ones we ended up with weren’t the best. Overall, a bit disappointed with the experience. Could have been better if the food and drinks were hotter and...
I was drawn to the Avocado sandwich. It was amazing, It exceeded my expectations. The bread had such an amazing crunch and there was such a nice blend of flavors. I recommend the side salad instead of fries to not feel so heavy. The salad complimented the sandwich very well . Love love love. Staff was kind and service is timely. I was told it gets really busy on weekends so plan for that as tables are limited.
Poor communication for what was vegetarian and what wasn’t. They gave me the wrong order too. Took forever to get the order fixed. Poor experience and probably won’t come back
Update: Cassan was kind enough to work with me offline to make things right which I certainly appreciate (most restaurants do not usually). I'll be sure to visit the restaurant in the future for a hopefully better experience.
