It's a standard self service froyo shop. Good quality froyo and selection of toppings, which are the saving graces. Inside is clean and free of any charm. Prices are Napa ridiculous. But sometimes you just need a froyo, and there's no better place to get one within 10 miles.

The yogurt was good and the toppings were plentiful and tasty. Wish they had some more chocolate/caramel flavours. I also took off a star because the machine asked for a tip… if anything they should be tipping me because I made it! Would come back though!

I have been twice now. My husband saw a woman literally grab the toppings with her hand & the employee saying NO! No one ever came out to wipe down the outside tables. But if a grown woman with her family trailing behind her snatches food with her hand you know her kids did too. I will not be back it’s dirty!

Flavors I got were to bland. Matcha tasted weird and very mild flavor on the chocolate. Definitely catering and leaning more towards children.(sugar in a cup) Definitely not worth the calories. I couldn't even finish my froyo.

My last trip to Yo'belle was a bit disappointing. The first thing. I noticed is that their water dispenser was empty.We had gone last weekend because my son got a gift card for his birthday. When we were ready to pay, they asked if we would be using cash or card. I explained we would be using the gift card and then pay the balance on my credit card. They told me that their system wouldn't allow that and that they could only accept cash to pay for the balance, which I was not prepared for. So I ended up paying for the entire thing on my credit card and couldn't use the gift card at all. This was very disappointing. I hope this gets fixed so others don't face the same disappointment.
