Food quality and atmosphere died in the 90s for this place. Sad story.

The waitress had a very bad neck, she brought us the wrong foods, it was bad.

Went there on a weekday for dinner. The service was good, attentive, accurate, and fairly quick, as well as friendly.
I got a meal deal, big cluckin' chicken sandwich with fries. The fries were fine, not consistently seasoned, some had little salt and some had too much, the chicken was moist and the chicken was as advertised, a large fried chicken breast, it had only 2 pickles which is a little disappointing. I also got the passion fruit lemonade, and I'm not certain if they use fresh passion fruit, the lemonade wasn't too flavorful with passion fruit, but could be my own preference.

Overall experience was good, the food is good too, but wasn't anything special.

The truth is, the service is not that good, the food is average and above all it needs a remodel since it looks very worn out and the carpets look very used and have a strange smell.

This place had been highly recommended to me. But it was a TOTAL disappointment!!
The super salty wings!
They gave me a set of cutlery and only the knife came, I waited 15 minutes for the waitress to appear and ask for another one.
Another 5 minutes to wait for the dishes.
For the appetizer.
Another 10 minutes for the main dishes.
The broccoli, salty, the salty puree a disaster!!
And for a change the unfriendly waitress 🙄 showed up two or 3 more times and then was conspicuous by her absence 🤷.
I do not recommend this place at all!!

Haven't even had my food yet and I have to leave a review as a warning. I went to go to the bathroom and was using the urinal, normally there are dividers or it is at least walled off on both sides.

I am so embarrassed to have not noticed that the door to one of the stalls opens directly pointed at a side view of me using a urinal from 2 feet away. There is 0 privacy for either party, the one using the urinal or the one leaving their stall. It is so close to the urinal that I had to stop what I was doing to side step out of the way to let the man out of the stall after he had been surprised himself.
I have never run into such a poorly designed bathroom space to where in order for someone to leave their stall they have to open the door and sidestep so close past someone currently holding their junk and letting it flow.
It seems as if the stall was added as an after thought, and the part of the metal walls which would have been stagnant and not moving were changed into what the current setup is.
I am so severely embarrassed as the man who came out of his stall and I had to have such an awkward and embarrassing encounter, him trying to sidestep around someone currently pissing, this absolutely needs to be changed because it could be a child walking out into someone. This is a very dangerous setup.

The food and service was excellent. I just have to say that the portions weren’t as big as they normally are, and certainly not as shown on the menu. That’s my only complaint.

Parking: Located in a large mall with lots of parking nearby

Long Island iced tea wasn't good l couldn't taste any liquor the platter of food that we got was just okay wasn't nothing special
