Applebee's Grill + Bar

We are regular guests at this Applebee’s location and have generally had positive experiences, which is why our visit last night was so disappointing. My family chose this restaurant for our after-Christmas dinner, and unfortunately, the experience was a complete letdown.

Our server, Joe, appeared unprepared and disorganized, almost as if he were in training, though he was not. We ordered two appetizers; one arrived in a reasonable time, while the other did not arrive until our entrées were served. Two of our entrées—mine and my daughter’s—never arrived initially and were delivered approximately 30 minutes after the first two meals, both cold. My wife’s soup arrived about 15 minutes after the first entrées were served, and my son never received the shrimp add-on he ordered. Due to the delays and food quality, I ultimately sent my meal back and had it boxed to take home, but by the time I was able to eat it, it was no longer enjoyable.

To make matters worse, we had to locate our own utensils, and the table next to us—served by the same waiter—mentioned they ate most of their meal without forks and had to retrieve them themselves.

The manager, Alyssa, was apologetic and removed several items from our bill, which we appreciated. However, while the gesture was kind, it does not change the fact that this was a special family outing hosted by my mother-in-law, and it is a moment we cannot get back. We selected this location expecting the level of service we’ve come to trust, and instead, it was a very disappointing experience.

Stopped in last week for a quick drink while waiting for the rest of our party. It was mid day on a monday. Very clean and extremely friendly. I wish I would have caught their names but the bartender there was very attentive and inviting. As well as the manager on duty. Very friendly and had great sense of humor. This is out of our location but would really consider coming back!

If you want to watch a football game in a atmosphere that's vibrant and enjoy good food at a reasonable price this is the place.

Always love coming to Apple Bees! We always get our favorite server Kelly, she is amazing with her customer service which is what keeps us coming back. The atmosphere is always so welcoming whether it’s with family or for a parents night out!! The manager Javier is also always so welcoming and jumping in to help with the staff on floor!

Kelly is the best waitress. She is here everyday (EXCEPT Tuesdays and Fridays). Eat Bourbon steak and garlic mashed potatoes.
