This Applebee's grill restaurants is nice. Came today [4/6/2024]to pick up an ordered. The male-hostess greeted me real nice. Got the order. Went home & the food was delicious ?. I rate this place 10-stars! Will come again to this Applebee's. The best in my list. ??

It was a party of 2 and they told us 35 minutes, we spent more than an hour and they passed up 7 tables that came AFTER US. I hate this place worst service not the first time either.

Ordered the classic cheeseburger and the “Bourbon Street” chicken shrimp, among other things. The chicken and shrimp platter was disgusting. Chicken was dry and the whole platter was meh at best. Upset my stomach as well. Don’t recommend at all.

I called ahead to check on their waiting time… the manager promised to seat us immediately and he made good on his promise on a Sunday afternoon; the food was excellent and served quickly, the servers were very polite and accommodating. The atmosphere was a little loud but tolerable!! Great job performance by all not only the manager and also the cooks and the servers!??☺️Parking: We found parking in front of the establishment
