Was recently there and was making line for about 10 minutes and they kept serving people behind me even though I would raise my hand saying I was next, they even made eye contact with me and it was like they were ignoring me. I just left and went to a different better location.

It was my first time going to Baskin Robbins. Finding parking was pretty bad because there are multiple stores nearby so it gets busy. I needed to get a birthday cake and the cakes displayed looked nice. I got an Oreo ice cream with vanilla cake and the staff kindly wrote on the cake for me.

Really disappointed with todays visit. Cake selection was scarce. Ordered a 3 scoop sundae but wasn't even comparable to the baskin robins in Bonita. Felt like they were skimping on ice cream and toppings.

Never felt SO RUSHED getting ice cream. I was being helped by a tall, dark skinned, foreign-looking man with an accent who looked like in his 50s. I was trying to ask for the smallest cake. This guy had pointed out to the ice cream cake that was 3 - 4 servings when I clearly saw the smaller, personal cake to the left of me. I told him, "On second thought, I'll just get 3 scoops of ice cream instead. Before I was rung up and checking out for my order, I asked if there were any discounts since it was my birthday. He said I would have to download the app to get the discount applied. Since I got the vibe he was rushing me, it felt like he wanted me to get the hell out asap. Nope, he didn't give me the time to download the app and apply the discount, even being nice to the guy ON MY BIRTHDAY. I've never dealt with so much poor customer service at an ice cream shop. You're supposed to make the customers feel HAPPY with their order, not make it look like you just want to make the sale. Looks like I won't be coming back to this location... EVER

So much for customer service. My husband showed up at this location at 9:50pm and asked for 3 scoops of ice cream (chocolate mousse and baseball nut) the lady at the location told him she could not serve him those flavors because they had put them away already. My husband told her they close at 10pm and that they should be able to serve him if they have the flavor. Lady refused. Once my husband asked for managers name and number or owner information. Lady went to the back and got the ice cream but was very rude and started slamming the ice cream. Employees should respect open hours if it closes at 10pm then close at that time.

Luke warm ice cream no thank you! Why today merchants charge so much for completely terrible quality?!? It’s just sad just about every major chain that produces food and services are below average at best. I won’t ever come back to this place.

I don't live in SD, but I've ordered multiple ice cream cakes from here. Just be sure you have the correct location & to order cakes in advance. Online it says to allow at least 48 hours to order cakes & pies. Especially if you want to make customizations. Online ordering is easy & ordering on the app is simple too. Not to mention you can get deals/coupons via the App & get a bday freebie. They also have plenty of cakes in-store for purchase. Just have an associate help you. They will get the cake out of the fridge for you. They pretty much know which cakes they have. And if you want personalizations on the cake, they write it out, there for you. This location has such adorable cake designs. I look forward to seeing what new creations they make... Note: The busy parking lot can be a pain.

I like this place. They carry all the flavors I like. The staff are always nice. The place is always busy. They accept cash, card and Apple Pay. I got love potion and my sister got cold brew Oreo. This place is the only spot during the summer that has my favorite flavor (beach day)

Ordered banana split,there was no ice cream in it just whip cream noticed two girls working there giggling call for mrg had to track her down the irony in all this is I Ordered online religiously.I will contact corporate office for when I uber eats I never had a problem felt as though I was prelude by all parties involved.
