Very good - first time here. The creation of your personalized poke bowl was explained well by the signs and employees. Items were fresh, creative and portions were generous. Healthy and delicious
Had dinner for two at Blu Poke and really enjoyed the experience. The fish was incredibly fresh, and I loved being able to customize my own bowl. The cucumber base was a great lighter option and added a nice crunch. The staff was super friendly and helpful, guiding us through the options and making sure everything was just right. Will definitely be coming back!

it would really be great if they use biodegradable or paper bowls. we buy poke bowls often and have so much plastic bowls collected already. we try to reuse some but still end up throwing a lot in the trash. not good for environment.
