Boba Bar and Desserts

Had the taro milk tea with boba, match milk tea with boba, and plain Puffle waffle. All were really good. Did a great job on the taste of the tea and boba was a good texture/chewy with some flavor to it. As for the Puffle waffle, not what I am used to overseas because of the texture, but still good and as well as flavor. Totally recommend people to try. No picture of Puffle Waffle because we ate it too quick. ??

Parking: Plenty of parking, but somewhat hard to find one depending on the time you are there.

Drinks are great, but customer service needs serious work. I ordered a couple drinks for me and some friends, drinks came out and I asked for a cupholder. The red haired girl working gave me the cup holder in a bag and I placed all three drinks in there. She told me "you're suppose to put it in the bag so it doesn't fall." I told her I was fine and just needed to hold the drinks. She ended up rolling her eyes at me and then with the other female coworker they started mocking me in a condescending voice and with the tone you talk to babies "you're suppose to put in the bag, if it falls it's not our fault. I already told you what to do."

The was extremely unprofessional and very rude. Drinks make it safely though...

1st time here!! this place has a good atmosphere and the staff are nice and welcoming. I' ve only had Boba a few times, so with all the selections, the cashier helped me decide. We also got an ice-cream this is the reason it's not 5 stars the photos advertise a cup full of ice-cream with the waffle on top with toppings. As you can see the photo the waffle is in the cup and takes up the majority of the cup. So there is 1/3 of the ice cream based on the photos they advertise. Was definitely expecting more based on the photos. Other then that the ice cream was good and not overly sweet.

Service was great. It was pretty packed when we got there because it was the only spot open that late, which was around 9pm.
There is no dining in. You just line up, order your drink, wait outside, and wait for your name to be called through the speaker that's outside.
We got the Taro milk tea and Thai tea with boba. As usual, both were spot on and boba had great texture. We also had the Purple Oreo Puffle. Super bomb and highly recommend if you love Taro.
10 out of 10 would go here again and highly recommend!
Just some words of caution, police patrol around the area and you'll be called out if you're standing out by your car in the parking lot chatting with friends. So I suggest staying in the sidewalk right outside the Boba Bar.

I order a strawberry milk tea... Tell why does it taste like NesQuick? It wasn't good and I was one of the only one there and my order was made super quick. This is drink didn't had real strawberries but rather a powder base. And it's $7 For NesQuick!
