They took 30 minutes just to give us our fries and people who ordered after us got their food first. We tried to cancel our order and they said “they do not do refunds”. They were all over the place.

I have to say is why do we people want to eat here ? The food is disgusting and makes me lose my appetite every time I walked by there at the mall. Because the California burrito wasn’t good and I was going to ask for hot sauce and I’m not sure if I saw a mouse but saw something crawling on the floor . I wouldn’t recommend eating here for your health .

I had a terrible experience here today. The food was terrible. I barely took a couple bites and absolutely no flavor! When I asked for my money back she said "it's not our fault if the food was bad" ummmm what??!! Who's fault is it then?? Mine?? She then proceeded to call what I assumed was her manager on the phone to which she came back and said they don't do that. But if I would've paid cash she would've refunded. She asked me to leave my phone number for the manager to which I replied "for what? That's not going to resolve my problem" the food is terrible! No flavor what so ever! My first and last time I go to any of their establishments. This is not how you do business.

first time I tried this place. I was impressed of how my food was prepared for a mall food court. I ordered plate of fish tacos and cheese quesadilla for my kid. I love everything in the plates. The cashier was friendly and very nice, she explained to me what will I get with my order since it was my first time.

I used to frequent the Claremont location because of their delicious potato tacos. I decided to try this location since I was in the area. I ordered a potato taco. There was pieces of meat scattered through it. I had to dig through it to find them all. Never eating here again.
