Imelda greater me as soon as I walked up to the register to order. She was very polite and has great customer service skills as I Witnessed with other customers as well. The restrooms were very clean which I was amazed. The restaurant was very clean all around which this is the first Carls Jr I see this clean. The fountain drink machine was very clean. The food taste is great thank you Imelda and your team for making this meal a great experience.

A disappointing burger for the price. The meat patty was dry and overcooked. Veggies were not the greatest either. For $10 there are plenty of places that serve a better quality burger, or fast food places that charge less for the same quality. Waffle fries were pretty soggy as well.

The cashier gave me a single ranch for 5 people and she didn't want to sell me extras, I was willing to pay for them! And he told me no because he ran out!

Shift leader Natalie needs to work on her customer service. Just flat out rude. Had ordered through the app and she couldnt even get our order right so we had to drive back. Luckily we weren’t far.
