Terrible! Why why why did they implement an AI system for thr drive thru? It's terrible. It takes forever to take your order. It asked me what type of drink and I said "Fanta" and it's reply was "I'm sorry we don't have sliced ham at the moment".... What? Then, I get home to realize that my order was completely wrong. I ordered a Famous Star and received a bun with a meat patty. That's it. Just a bun with a meat patty. Ridiculous. And the girl who took my payment didn't give me a receipt so there's no proof that I even purchased anything. I'm avoiding Carl's Jr from now on because this AI is absurd.

Had gone for a late night meal with the family & got my child the 3 piece chicken tenders for almost $7, thinking they would be good, they came out the size of a sauce with almost no chicken to bite into. Got the guacamole bacon loaded fries for myself & looks like my own child put them together. Really disappointed in this location & all customer service that's given. Order was almost $50 but not nearly worth the near $50 . TO TOP IT OFF MY CHILD JUST FOUND A WHITE HAIR ON HER PINKY SIZED CHICKEN TENDER !
