Imelda greater me as soon as I walked up to the register to order. She was very polite and has great customer service skills as I Witnessed with other customers as well. The restrooms were very clean which I was amazed. The restaurant was very clean all around which this is the first Carls Jr I see this clean. The fountain drink machine was very clean. The food taste is great thank you Imelda and your team for making this meal a great experience.

A disappointing burger for the price. The meat patty was dry and overcooked. Veggies were not the greatest either. For $10 there are plenty of places that serve a better quality burger, or fast food places that charge less for the same quality. Waffle fries were pretty soggy as well.

I did like the AI system, so far that have not got my order wrong and when I ask for some condiments it is provided . Not likely with a humans always have problems with humans not giving us the right order. A lot of businesses hire kids and don't stay on top of them like they should do and do the work right done
