WeirdBut I'd probably buy it again. Four starz!

This Review is for Plaza Bonita Charley's only....There aren't many cheesesteak places in the area so Charley's is probably the best by default. The Cheesesteak are very good. Better than Jersey Mikes.The only thing stopping this from being a Great Cheesesteak is the Bread. If you don't eat the cheesesteak immediately and let it sit for a for a few minutes the bread tends to get very soggy which can ruin the cheesesteak experience.I highly recommend eating this thing immediately off the grill if possible before the sog kicks in.I usually order the chicken Philly special with fries for only $8 ( one of the best deals at Plaza Bonita) or a regular Philly. Provolone is definitely the best cheese to eat with your Philly. Their cheese Wiz Philly is not as good.If they can ever get their bread right this can go from very Good to Great.I highly recommend Charley's. Also use their App to get discounts!
Every time we go there it's before 7pm and it says they close at 9pm but they are always closed.

My daughter is allergic to cheese She ordered her steak sandwhich with NO cheese and NO onions and her sandwhich had both. She couldn't eat it so it went to waste. I ordered the same but with cheese, onions, mushrooms, and bellwether which it comes with and all I had was lettuce and cheese. We didn't get our pickles either. The delivery box was soggy and rhe food was ready to fall thru. It's a Sunday evening so it seems like the order was rushed and no attention to detail so they could go home. Never again. Used to be my favorite place.

Bomb dot com for a standard Philly Cheesesteak. I always ask for extra mushroom, no lettuce at no additional cost. Also, can never go without their fresh fries, cut from whole potatoes, and a side of their cheese sauce. Lemonade is an added kicker. Add in fast accurate service and i don't see why it would deserve any less than 5 stars.

I ordered a large chicken teriyaki sandwich on the app. By the time I got home after picking it up, the bottom bread was soggy and stuck to the paper lining the cardboard box. They had used the wrong cheese, too — white American instead of Swiss. I ate maybe less than half of my sandwich and threw the rest away. The cheese completely messed up the flavor of the sandwich. I don’t know if it was an accident, or if they were out of Swiss, or what.I also ordered mozzarella sticks. The cheese was barely melted and initially I was only given one marinara sauce despite having paid for an additional one. When I asked the girl behind the counter for another one she gave me a look like I was inconveniencing her even though I paid for it.

Was very surprised at the taste quality of the Chicken Philly. Overall it was very good. Lemonade was petty sugary and fries were hot. For mall food this was good.
For starters the service is amazing! A man in front of me was ordering, got upset about something and began to cuss out the worker Eliyah and the store's manager which i believe was unnecessary. When it was my turn to order the cashier Eliyah was incredibly nice and positive despite being yelled at by a customer which i can imagine is pretty upsetting but this young man handled it very well & personally prepared my meal which was delicious. I ordered a California steak and it was the right amount of sauce and everything i would expect from a sandwich. After receiving my order i was told by that same man to enjoy my weekend and be safe! That man deserves a raise for his ability to keep his composure under difficult and uncomfortable situations. 10/10 would try again just without the angry man in front of me.

Yum yum yum! Such a good place in the food court of plaza bonita. I got loaded fries and it had the perfect amount of everything. Customer service is great and not a long wait. I placed my order and did a little shopping and by the time I got back, it was already ready. Not much else to say, great pick in the food court!
