I don’t know why I keep coming here because almost every single time they get my order wrong, but today was the final straw. I don’t eat meat, haven’t ate meat in 20+ years. Every time I come here I don’t ever order anything with meat in it. I was thirsty to use my free chip voucher because last time I ordered online, they forgot to add them. They don’t give you a refund, they just force you to talk to a bot and they give you a voucher for whatever they messed up. Today, I ordered from the app, my regular vegetarian burrito, bit into it and it has steak in it… why TF would I want a voucher for a free burrito when you put steak in a vegetarian burrito? I want my money back. I’m super annoyed, super upset that I don’t eat meat and I bite into a burrito to a huge piece of steak. So unacceptable, super upsetting. I don’t want a free burrito, I want my money back because I won’t be going to chipotle ever again. I told myself last time I wouldn’t use the app again, but I was tired and I should have just ate the food I had at home. So don’t order from here if you don’t eat meat, or you want fresh chips, or you want what you actually ordered. Hopefully I don’t get sick because that’s what happens when you don’t eat meat for years and then some random person at chipotle decided to put steak in your veggie burrito.
Update: I went to the website, but the only option is to talk to the bot and get a free voucher for another burrito. I don’t want another burrito, I want a refund. I don’t want to eat here anymore because I don’t want to risk my vegetarian order having meat put in it again.

This place is trash. Skimpy on the rice and chicken.
The supervisor or manager was using her phone on the food line, placed her phone on the counter and grabbed my burrito, and bagged it, it wrapped but not fully wrapped there was a little tortilla poking out of the foil. My point is she shouldn’t be on her phone and then touching food. She had gloves on but that doesn’t do anything if you’re gonna be touching your phone, and then reaching for food. This is a health code violation and I hope chipotle does something about this. This was around 6:20 pm.

Ordered double meat for pickup on two meals and we received less than one full scoop of meat. Restaurant didn’t pick up the phone when i tried to call to correct this.
When ordering something for pick up it is not fair to have to open something all the way up inside of the restaurant or in the car to double check it
Especially when paying extra for double meat

$13 for this. Complete rip off. Thought I would try this over local restaurant and what a disappointment. This chain is horrible. Go anywhere but here for this style of food.

Bad customer service
I ordered two simple cheese quesadillas and they charged me 30 dlls. I was too stunned to speak. I honestly do not think it was worth the price tag, considering the simplicity of our order. You are better off eating at a nice restaurant for the price tag.

It was a bad experience in this store. I always go to the Hillcrest store and order the same thing. And in this store the experience was terrible. When I entered, I first asked the person named Heidy that I needed to use the bathroom to wash my hands and her reaction was not friendly. I got the wrong password and turned her face away. So I asked another person again and got the password half right. And then I went to order and no one attended to me until after a few minutes. And I told her that I wanted a salad bowl and she gave me only spinach and very little and most of the ingredients too. The truth is that it was not the best expectation that I expected. I would not return to this store. They are not friendly. I give them 5 out of 1.

Food was good and while people were feiendly, they tried desperately to give minimal amounts of everything. For the children's meals, each of the spaces was less than half full. We repeatedly had to ask them to add more. The first portion of beans couldn't have been more than a tablespoon, barely covering the bottom. I thought Chipotle was trying to overcome this issue. Clearly, not at the National City store.

Just paid $20 for the smallest burrito I've gotten from here. The burrito used to almost burst open, but now it looks half the size. Chipotle has definitely earned the bad publicity.

I was eating my plate and there was a pice of what it seems like paper I think it was in the meat I asked for my money back of course but minimum they should have still offered me my food again for the trouble, I never thought this would happe here and they didn’t even get rid of the meat were this paper came from
