This is by far my favorite chipotle location all in SD. I tell you, the workers here fill my bowl like they just CRACKED the night prior. If ur an employee reading this who makes bowls, please please please keep making ur bowls like the one i jus received. 10/10

The food was put up so badly. The burrito could not even stay together - - not because of the abundance of ingredients but because it was not even rolled correctly.
I asked for avocado and there was no semblance of avocado.
Chipotle is not worth it again.

My guac was watery and crunchy due to ice cubes in there… I also didn’t receive any queso in my bowl.
First time at this location. The service was friendly and fast. The burrito was good but cold. My only complaint is that the hot items where more on the warmer side. Once you add all the cold ingredients it gets cold fast. Overall it’s ok. For the price I rather go to my local taco shop. I’ll recommend it just expect a cold burrito…but good.

Food temperatures are a problem, specially at night 40 min before closing. I saw barbacoa tray looked suspiciously cold/ look warm . I asked to get it heated up more and I was told no. I asked to check the temperature of tray. It barely made it to 150 °F according to the employee. I asked to see it but was never showed. It is safe to assume the food was was below 150°F. When the food temperature should be 165°F for optimal food safety. The tray wasn't even emitting any vapor. I expressed my concern and I was told they had turned off the heating table to get ahead and be ready for closing time. Everything was turned off almost an hour before closing. Never coming here specially at night again.

This Restaurant has really gone down hill. I gave them a second chance after an in-person visit 6 months ago and had an employee straight lie to my face. This time I did Uber Eats. I ordered a salad with brown rice and sofrito/chicken blend. No Sofrito, no rice, a thimble of cheese and a crap load of sour cream (and water in the bottom) . The location would not help and referred me to UE. The manager obviously did not give a crap. Have you ever tried to deal with UE? I am through with UE and I will never do Chipotle again. Do yourself a favor and go to QDoba!

First time at chipotle and it was okay. The bowl came mostly with rice and food is kinda pricey which was kinda disappointing. Nachos were good. But costumer service not the best but weren’t rude. Atmosphere was okay as well. But again should serve more protein instead of rice either than that people would be more happy with results.

I came there for lunch on July 9 and ordered a bowl of steak and mostly everything inclucded with extra avocado for 16.69$ and got a right receipt which I threw away right after.
However, I just noticed that they double charged me.
I stopped by the shop and told them about the situation and the guy asked me questions like I was in a tough interview without apologizing. I told him everything I could but he said he couldn’t find my transactions which I doubted if he was be able to search for it or not. Again, he was frustrated and kept asking me for my receipt and I told him it was a right receipt for my order and I no longer have it; I just wanted a refund for the second transaction which I didn’t know about. He said he couldn’t help because of the system. He gave a phone number for me to call to ask my money back which I refused to do and I left the shop.
Wait, the system allowed you to double charge customers but couldn’t allow you to work on it to solve the problem? I don’t want to call it a scam but it’s not right! Not fair! Not nice! Not professional!
I walked into the shop happily without a complaint, just with a hope that my money would be back easily by talking to them. But it turned out that way! Sorry! Never be back!

I came in after the time my order was supposed to be ready and my burrito is just sitting half open , for about 5 minutes until they finally decided to wrap it and hand it to me, wish I could take my damn tip back, Consistent bad service here, wont be back.
