Overcrowded. So hot you could barely breathe. Half the games didn’t even work. At least 7-8 games took our money. Everything was dirty. The prize counter was out of the first 5 things we asked for. Would make sense to mark when things are out of stock so when you’re waiting in the long line of kids, you can pick what you want ahead of time instead of holding up the line even more. Not the highest expectations of Chuck E. Cheese anyway but this one is the worst.

We paid for one of their deals that included pizza, app sampler 4 drinks and we also got the kids 60 mins play time, well the 60 mins were up and the food never came out! 1 hour for pizza and wings or crazy! We asked for a refund and they only refunded the pizza and app sampler, they still charged us for 4 DRINKS that were included in their “deal” mind you we only used 2 cups because the kids were really thirsty! My son left disappointed he was looking forward to eating there to celebrate his birthday. Also they wanted to get their rewards for their points and they still wanted us to wait until they finished ringing up the other customers just getting there.

I wish I could put no stars.Worse costumer service ever. Had a bday party at 12 and its 1pm and they haven't given the kids their play card or anything. They double booked parties .Disappointed with this whole experince.Wouldn't even recommend this place at all.
