The wait is 45 minutes, I ordered meal deal 4, it includes 1 large pizza, 4 drinks and a tray of wings, potatoes and a mini pizza, the box rings to go for the order and it turns out that they gave me the tray of potatoes and wings, which I tell you. I never took it, I thought that the moment it rings you go through the entire order, the guy doesn't want to work, the manager was friendly and it was another 10 minute wait but to the surprise the potatoes were super cold the mini pizza was hard than a cardboard.The pizza ? if it was good I would give it an 8 rating.

Second year celebrating my son's birthday. My son had a blast once again. I love how the host entertains the kids with dancing and singing. She made my son feel very special. I purchased the mega fun package which includes pizza and drinks for the kiddos. I was able to bring my own decorations. And since I made the reservation on a Monday we didn't have a time limit on the tables. Honestly, the deal isn't that great unless you have a small group like we did last year. This time round I paid about $900 for the mega fun package for 15 kids. I added extra pizzas, salad plates and drinks for the adults because food for the adults aren't included in the mega fun package. I honestly would recommend getting the package if you have a small group but not for a large group. Overall, the atmosphere and the host service made it worth it.

Very nice place, very pleasant atmosphere to take the children, but on this occasion I went to a party, and the only thing that seemed strange to us was that the food was not ready on time and there were not many people, it was a Friday. My friend put some snacks in while they were delivering the food and they caught her attention and asked her to take her out of the place, the detail that was told in a bad way that I thought was very rude to the staff who served that shift. Even though they don't have the food ready on time, they want the guests not to eat anything until they bring food, it was something that didn't seem to me as a guest. Other than that everything was very good, the children really enjoyed it.

I went to celebrate my son birthday arrived at 7:00pm. After a day at work hungry also. We ordered wings and pizza, and hour of games plus the new trampoline. So the food never arrived they didn't even tried to cook it. The buzzers battery went dead of the wait. 10 minutes left to close I told them I need my refund of 115 wasted ?. No food only kids jumped on the trampoline and that's it. So out of the 115 they only gave me 78 dollars back I was so passed of. Not recommended going to plaza Blvd one.

Went today since we received a gift card. Have to say wasn't impressed. It's probably been 5 years since I have been here and even after a remodel it looks the same to me. Majority of the games weren't working. At least out of the "bigger" kid section which also seemed very small. We were done before our hour pass was up.Went to get some prizes with our tickets. My son picked out a little stuffed cat for 800 tickets. She went in the attached room to get it then came out and said "sorry we don't have that, and I can't take it from the bin on display" doesn't make sense to me. Why have like 8 in the bin if you can't give them away just have 1 of each as an example. Ok we moved on, told the kid can't have it pick something else. Ok we'll take the little lollipops for 15 tickets each. She reaches behind her and grabs four of these bigger lollipops for 60 tickets each. I said no the little ones right here. "Oh we don't have those" ? there is about 40 of them in the bin in the glass case and they are also on the other side in the same display in the case. This is ridiculous!!I will never go back and hopefully we never receive another gift card. This place is completely sun par. Go to Dave and Busters and have a way better gaming experience!!

This “manager” at this location how dare they give themselves a 5 star review for not doing there job properly and correctly, and she took my sisters phone and went through her email. She had asked my sister for her email reservation and she took her phone to and went through her email and did a 5 star review for their store. And charged her extra for a pizza she didn’t even order and extra $25 on top of what she already paid excuse me. This is unacceptable and rude it’s a security issue and risk she might have stolen information from my sister. What is wrong with this “manager”!! We just learned that the person saying she was a manager was actually the employee excuse me. The real manager told this to my sister. Why would you lie and be disrespectful and misrepresenting your stores manager.

Worst service ever, they didn’t tell me they ran out the flavor of wings till after I paid for it, they ran out of beer, some games were unplugged, worst place ever, save your money and time, don’t come here. The staff looked like they didn’t want to be there and looked like it was just a bunch of high schools working.
