So I actually Haven't had a classic roll I want to say in like two years now and so I was excited to go today and have one but It wasn't good. It's kind of stale and the bread tastes different from what I remember and i even bought extra icing. The cashier even offered for the second one to be 10% off, which makes me think now that probably it's been there for a while and they're trying to get rid of them. It's also a pretty warm day and I asked the cashier to give me a big tall water with ice and she agreed to it but then they just handed me over this small half cup of water with no ice after i paid. I don't really know what the issue was there. If I needed to pay because I asked for a large water that would have been fine with me but she didn't say anything. My kids were with me so I didn't want to stir up trouble.

The smell of Cinnabon is so good. One of the employees was doing the right thing. He gave us the box not from the display in front of the register. I think everything was delicious. I hope they always make everything fresh.

How is it possible to pay for a service in which the product is old ? how bad this company really is ?

I just bought a package of 6 rolls for delivery, and they just brought me the worst ones of the day, they are hard, they only put full cream on them to hide the rolls, they did it yesterday and they gave them today, what a shame and I call them and they don't answer me.

Third time buying at this place and I always get them fresh out of the oven and I have taken them and they last two or 3 days with great flavor. I love it and the attention has been pleasant

2 stars for because of the good service. It saved it from one star. The employees were kind and quick, friendly even. The product is not so good. Stale, not even warm, overpriced for low quality . I bought a churro swirl & mini Cinnabon. They were cold and stale hard to bite I took 2 bites threw it away & I had bought icing for $1 for the churro pff. Waste of money the Cinnabon was also cold & doughy we just threw them away. Won't be back for sure. I got fooled by the delicious smell & look of the product. but nope not again ?

There used to be lady that works here along with her assistant, that was it, just two people running this place, now there’s 7 young people that doesn’t know what customer service means?

I ordered the new chocolate Bonbites but lady said they don’t have it. I asked her why they’re advertising it on their wall ? It’s false advertising. I told her they should take it down. Very disappointed. I ordered hot coffee & she gives me cold coffee!

The rolls a super delicious and the service was excellent.

I went to get a Cinnamon (T Mobile rewards). I had problem with the app, but the professionals helped and I was done in record time. I will be back

Now this is Heaven on earth good. I bought a big box and watch a fight break out over who I bought this for. So if you buy this buy a lot !

Love the lady who been there for like 20 years she be all nice with the extra icing lol
