Food is delicious, but on the pricey side. There aren't many healthy food places in National City, and this one is our new favorite to go to. Their bowls, smoothies, tortas and sandwiches are really good. Stopped here for lunch after a volleyball tournament with my family. We ordered an açaí bowl… absolutely delicious. I ordered a chicken wrap that had veggies and quinoa and it was amazing. I wished we lived closer, we’d be here all the time! Light and fresh!

This is their “grilled chicken sandwich” pretty gross looking and tasting. Extremely soggy and the chicken was microwaved chunks, not grilled chicken. I would definitely not

Food was good, torta especial and shrimp diablo taco were good. The rainforest smoothie was good too. Pancakes were better than Denny's and IHOP. This was a little on the pricey side for about everything we paid but it was a lot healthier compared to fast food places.

Food is always good, I really like the acai bowls. Fruit is always fresh and crisp. The girls at the counter always help me with a smile, even on my bad days, so its like a ray of sunshine. The ambiance is very urban, makes me hungry high key. The best part is its fresh. all day every day .

We loved this place! We ordered Togo but ended up wanting to stay and ate in the restaurant. The cheese in this sandwich melted in your mouth, it was unbelievable. Definitely recommend and coming again to try the pancakes!

I’m standing in line to pick up an order. As soon as the ladies in front of me completed I begin to step forward when a Doordasher starts talking and cuts in front of me. I explained I was there for the same thing and was waiting my turn. The employee apologized to her although she was in the wrong. I would never recommend this place due to the employee not understanding what waiting in line means. I’m surprised it’s not more chaotic in there.

It took 25 minutes for a beet juice. That is ridiculous, even when it’s not busy, I’m sorry I never complain but that’s crazy when there are more then a few works there just moving like snails…..need better service.

Friendly staff. Very clean and cute healthy place to eat. All the menu options are affordable and delicious. We tried the chilaquiles and the pancake special. Had some cold brew coffee and one of the natural juices and enjoyed all of it. Conveniently located with plenty of parking next door. They also have free WiFi and looks like a great place to work remotely if needed.
