Hands down Cotija’s Taco Shop has delicious 5 Rolled Tacos! They are crispy and then topped with guacamole, sour cream, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, and pico de gallo! Don't forget their signature red salsas! I like to eat mine and drink their refreshing Agua Fresca of sweet horchata. I like their French Fries as a side because they're thin like McDonalds fries. Once again on a food adventure. We were taken to a place because we heard stories of a delicious delectable dish known as Carne Asada fries. Picture fully loaded nachos, but instead of the tortilla chips they swap it out for fries. I was ready to take this dish down with my fiance. We ordered a large and between the both of us we couldn't finish it. It was good and they didn't skimp on the topping or the meat. If you had one too many to drink this is the spot to help...
