This has been my go to place for Vietnamese coffee! I had to order all my friends some of these delicious drinks, it is that delicious. My favorite is the blended coconut. They have a great variety of drink flavors and toppings. There was plenty of parking and made the drinks quickly. The staff working was very friendly and helpful for questions with what came in the drinks!
It's not an actual storefront, but a counter in the back of the grocery store. The workers were super friendly and patient in explaining the various items. No place to sit and enjoy though, so a great place for grab-and-go. I did enjoy the kem coffee with sea salt foam, overall above average. Bonus points (literally and figuratively) for being on various dining networks IYKYK
I love Vietnamese egg coffee, it's hard to come by, so this was a definite order when I arrived. I've tried the egg coffee, pandan coffee, ube monster, Wizard of Oz, and matcha tornado. The Ube Monster was so full of flavor, I couldn't stop drinking it. The egg coffee brought my back to Hanoi, it was sooo delicious. I love how they have oat milk options and you can customize the level of sweetness. The staff was so kind and very efficient. It's located inside an Asian market, so you can stock up on your favorites when picking up your drinks.
Nice little coffee spot in the back of a mini market-which has shelves packed with Asian snacks drinks and a multitude of ingredients. If you like flavored coffee or teas with or without boba. Not as pricey as other boba/coffee/tea places either. Especially with their “Happy Hours” 2:00-5:00 buy 2 get 1 freeeee! Can’t beat it! Barista was a friendly chap! 🇵🇭🇵🇭
The Taro Milk Tea was warm and seemed watered Down The ice was melted down sadly the taste was not good.
Kem in Vietnamese means “cream”. They specialize in cream based coffee drinks and the pillowy flavored foam topping.
Normally we would get egg coffee just to go basic to judge the coffee but we went with Pandan. Coconut coffee is my favorite and I went with that because it was blended.
I have to say, this was not for me. The coffee was thick from the milk and the Pandan foam topping was even more thick. It was hard to stir to blend. Then it was like sipping a milk shake which is probably what they were going for?
The coconut coffee was already ice blended. Too creamy and thick for me.
They have unique flavors and style that’s different from other shops that’s going to set them apart but it wasn’t for us.
I think I would prefer this style for milk tea not with coffee.
There are more flavors when you order on the self kiosk. She told me black sesame is popular right now and banana. I know banana has failed me every single time I’ve gotten it from other shops. But who know’s maybe it’ll be strong or settled.
Buy 2 get 1 free Mon- Friday from 2-5pm.
Cute little boba place tucked into the convenience store. Yon can get a whole bucket for $3 more and that's like 2 drinks easy!
I'm a big fan of Vietnamese coffee and I really like all the different cream options. The egg and ube are always good choices, but I also liked the buki pandan and black sesame ones too!
The staff is super friendly and there’s so many options to choose from and mix and match! There’s endless options !
I had :
🧋BLACK SESAME CREAM MILK TEA BOBA
-unique, nutty, sweet, a must try if you’re open to new flavors !
☕️UBE KEM COFFEE
- ube is always a joy ! And their signature strong viet coffee goes great with sweet ube
☕️PANDAN KEM COFFEE
-wow ! Have never had something like this, sweet coconutty, and creamy is a perfect addition to your strong coffee, super enjoyable and will definitely be back for more soon!
☕️BANANA KEM COFFEE
-banana coffee is always delicious so it also makes it on my “re order” list
I didn’t know Ding Tea is located inside Chān Dōng Market! Friendly service! Lots of choices.

The tapioca is not soft. They have to cook it more.. twice in a row that It disappointed me. PLEASE cook the boba more! It has to be soft.

One of the employees was great, the girl that actually makes the drinks. But the person who took my order was ridiculously rude. There are MULTIPLE 1 star reviews about the service and yet nothing has been done to fix it. If you’re going to be aggressive towards customers, then you shouldn’t have a job. Period. To the management, train your employees better.

I used to love buying boba from this store but not anymore. Is this place run by kids now? serving people unprofessionally? talking and giggling while customers literally just there waiting for orders. They even forgot to make the order of one customer. Did they apolosize? No, they didnt. They were even giggling for their own mistake. Such a disapointment. People working here used to be so friendly and professional. Hope the owner do something about it.
