Unfortunately, they didn't honor my special price. Were they offering it? Although Jack was running to work, I wanted to stop by a Vego for a coffee, and they told me those prices aren't the same as in California. I saw the ad on television here in California, and the employees were very rude. They told me no, that if I wanted something else, they couldn't give me the special price. I won't stop there again.

I’ve been to this location a few times since I live in the area. I stopped this morning on the way to work at 5 AM. I got two sausage breakfast sandwiches. I opened one of my sandwiches to put ketchup inside and there’s a piece of hair in my breakfast sandwich. Also noticed the person making the sandwich was not wearing gloves or a hairnet. So this really grosses me out and I have a picture attached to my review. So this really upset me, and now I wonder if the other sandwiches I ordered previous had hair in it as well.

I don't really put bad reviews but my experience today was horrible. I decided to order inside because drive thru was long. As I walked in I was greeted while they busy at the drive thru. But I was standing there for awhile and non of the employee come up to me to take my order so I went ahead and order through apps. Waited for a long time too. Until I decided to asked if my order is ready. If I have not asked they wouldn't have made my order. I get it they get have a lot people in the drive thru but what you need to balance it with the people inside the store.

When taking our order inside, our interaction with Andrew was very polite and professional. He was very patient with us while taking our order. His responses were, “Yes ma’am, no ma’am, and thank you ma’am!” Andrew was a very respectful young man.
