A young lady by the name of Marlene Hernandez took great care of me. I had a problem with a coupon and she handled it in extreme care. She even went through my phone and showed me how to redeem it properly. This is what it takes to have a good retail chain. I would promote this young lady to Maneger ASAP. She was so nice and patient with me anybody else would’ve pushed you to the side and attend the next person. This location is always my go to thank you again.

Good grilled chicken. A number of staff are snubs and makes a big deal about giving enough salsa for the order. Got the feeling that some clerks are deliberately mocking me. I always ask for 5 red and 5 green salsas. The front counter clerk would even say it back to me but still would put only 4 salsas in a bag. If I reiterate my request, there is a long wait or stare back. Some workers in this store are so entitled. Great chicken, bad management.

first time at this location , my family was greet with a big smile , cashier sujey was very nice and help us getting a good deal for my family she offer us some coupons , that was so nice of her , the chicken was perfect very juicy , we choice 4 side order and they match perfect everything was so good ... we also try one of the new salads .. when we were eating she stop by our today to make sure everything was ok thats a plus ? we will definely come back , lobby was clean and music so relaxing thank you exellente service and very good food
