Simple but delicious and the employees are courteous. Roomie enough to bring the family, they have small tables to eat alone or with a person. Ordered the #1 with mild sauce. Crispy on the outside but tender and juicy. I can't recall a time that the tenders were dry or soggy.

The chicken fries are so bad. The fries were cold and dry as long with the chicken. We had to throw them away. I don't know if it's always like this, but that was my experience.

I was just there I saw that my order came out but the girl that was handling the orders was not calling no orders out I asked her if my order was ready an she said no waited another 15min and had to asked the other guy that was working there to handle me my order because it was just sitting there food is good, employees not so… if you go there you have to pay attention for your order cuz employees won’t and they’ll try to tell you “oh it just came out” ??

Walked over from discount tire waiting for service. Service was great at counter ..but fries were not cooked they were luke warm & shredded cheese wasn't even melting food was so undercooked & cold. Sauce was good but I was so disappointed. Saw a lot of to go orders go out...Thought understaffed maybe? Saw three cooks in back one cleaning ..how does it take 20 min to get cold under cooked fries & cold chicken? Someone forget the order? then rushed? Hmmm...

Always busy but the wings have always come out quick. The staff is friendly and love that they ask if there's anything else we need when they bring the food to the table. Other wing places have you pick up your food from the counter like at a Costco food court. The place is kept clean as well, never had any issues.
