Love having this healthy option in National City. Had breakfast here a couple of days ago and liked it so much that I went back for lunch today. Both meals were great. I recommend the green chicken wrap and old faithful smoothie. Can't wait to try more items here.

Delicious simple healthy food!Well priced and good quality ingredients.we had the beyond Philly and their tofu scramble. Both super good. The papaya smoothie was out of this world.Will come back again for sure.

A little hidden gem in my opinion ! The club sandwich was delicious and they didn't go light on portions ! The atmosphere is cozy and friendly including the employees being very helpful . First timer and I will definitely be back again . Thank you !

This place was a perfect spot for breakfast near a marina hotel. It’s got a great vibe, plenty of choice for breakfast and staff who were attentive and able to help.Note- the menu has changed in the last 6 months and they no longer do their cereal options. They’ll kindly do granola with fruit though! :) Attached is their new menu.

Came for brunch with my parents, it was our first time. Don’t think it will be our last time. Place is a decent size. Has many drink options. Either healthy and regular. Their menu has a wide variety of. Benedicts, omelets, chilaquiles, sandwiches, salads, etc. service was good, our stomachs were satisfied. Overall great experience!
