I was disappointed with the customer service here. There were 3 employees, we came in and just stood there with no acknowledgement from all 3. It would be nice if at least one of them said, hi welcome we will be right with you, got nothing but stares, we stood there for good 6 minutes before 1 of them approach ed, still no smile or being welcomed. Your employees seem like they don't enjoy the work or maybe there is a lack of customer service training.
Will think twice before coming back here again. This was Sunday 9/7 at 3:30pm.
Tasted like chemicals and way way too sweet. If you prefer lighter ice cream, this isn't your spot.

Fantastic ice cream and fantastic service! This was my first time visiting this shop after passing by several times and observing lines out the door. My ice cream did NOT disappoint! I chose Blueberry Cobbler, which was excellent, and I can’t wait to try some other incredible flavors. The staff were friendly and efficient. 10/10 recommend!
Best ice cream! Sometimes is has a long line with only two people working but definitely worth the wait.

Really good ice-cream in a simple old school style parlor. No indoor seating.
The place and the ice cream seemed nice, but the workers started to do something else during my turn. I waited for 5 minutes till I gave up and left without ice cream.

This the ice cream place is delicious. I love the retro atmosphere and that everything is fresh. They take a lot of pride, and they're dessert, making. There are various ice cream flavors that you have to try. This particular location tends to be very busy. So you may wanna google and look at wait times.
