Hilberto's Mexican Food

I have tried this place before and thay screwed up the order each time. I ordered the number 1 Two tacos beans and rice. I received an order of 12 tacaitos how hard is it to understand The number 1 ono.this will be the last time I go to this place.

My first time having there food was help in a few minutes the price was not high for alot of food it tastes good and the hot sauce was actually hot most places hot sauce is really weak but this one had me sweating and the flavor was good and I only waited probably 6 minutes for for my food and they do charge for extra sauce its $1 it's a good size I took pictures and I spent 13 or 14 dollars but it was enough for 2 people the 12 roll tacos

Extra carne asada charged $20 burrito got regular portion even overheard the cook sound confused when they asked if they gave me extra. Scammed. Small portions. Go somewhere else for mediocre food

Not clean, or no hygiene, cook using cellphone the makes my burrito, I told him to wash his hands and he just put one glove and made my burrito, definitively no coming here,

They charge 4% for using card and then have a sign saying “4% cash discount”. When I got my exact change back from paying in cash and I had questions about it, the woman said “the discount is that we are not charging your card 4%, good night” and slammed the window closed. I am not coming here anymore for sure.

Be careful. They'll charge you 4% for using your card without telling you and without any posted signs. From the window, you tell me my total is $15.81. When I checked my card transaction, it's $16.44 ?!?!?!?!

New female employee, as mentioned before, work on providing a good amount of hot sauce depending on what customers orders!!! Happened so many times I ordered a plate with 2 or 3 small size hot sauce.

I barely go to this place now, so I guess it is what it is. Hit or miss whoever is working.

Found hair in my food... looked like a pubic... I went through the walk up window one time to order and the lady taking the orders dropped hot sauces on the floor when she was giving it to the drive thru window...she picked them up and put them back in the refrigerator with the others... She didn't know I saw her...disgusting.. its been over a year since I went there last... thought maybe they were better... WRONG!!! They got worse...they are very cheap with the hot sauce and want to charge you for an extra one... I took a few bites of the other container and threw it in the garbage...hope I don't get sick... another person I know ate there awhile back and said they got diarrhea from there...Try El Nuevo Milenio down the street from them on Division and Euclid... Way better and not cheap like Hilberto's... They give you how many hot sauces you ask for... You've been warned unless you like pubes... Never again for Hilberto's for me.. yucky 25 bucks down the banyo...

Excellent carnitas burrito and good hot sauce for it.
Just bought and sate a carnitas burrito from there. Highly recommend it.
