I gave it a second chance by trying to finish my drink or atleast half of it cause it’s $8 but it really tastes awful the boba is kinda sour the toppings looks like they’ve been there for a few days and the milk tea itself is bland.

Surprised this place is still open. Boba was overcooked. The slushies were watered down. This place don’t even feel like a self-serve boba place. This might sound ridiculous to complain about but really a 50 cent surcharge if you don’t spend $10? A lot of boba places don’t have that.

This place is so cute! You go in, device what size and shape you want. Then you fill up your choice of container with whatever drink and toppings you would like; hand it back to the cashier and they seal it for you. The prices are very reasonable, the drink options are many. Ohhhh and the loaded fries...... You won't be disappointed!

I was here on a Sunday about a half hour before closing time. Ordered the Bulgogi with Shrimp fries and the Garlic Chicken fries. I counted the number of heavily breaded chicken pieces at 13 and the rest was soggy fries :/ The Bulgogi fries had 4 shrimp and sparse meat with mostly soggy fries. This means I paid about $1.25 per chicken piece with a handful of fries for the Garlic Chicken fries. The Bulgogi with Shrimp fries were $17. I can see how if it were well executed the concept can work so maybe they were having an off day? In any case, too expensive to try again so I will never be coming back.

Every boba place that I have been too has a good experience and many people inside but this one was sad and lonely, also got there and no welcoming. It also smelled really bad, no one deserves this treatment. I could’ve got another boba for free in another place because the prices are really high.
No samples and they ran out of split cups by 3 ?I could get the same thing for less at any other boba shop.At a self serve we should at the very least have sample cups to taste the different flavors. Part of the fun like froyo shops.Not enough seating inside or outside and pretty bland on interior design. 1 outlet available for charging.

I used to come here alot when I was younger. Today was kinda weird. Right when I walked inside I was asked "what do you want?" Person was talking very fast. Was feeling very rushed. I would go here again for food, but don't expect good customer service. Waiting area is also awkward, dont touch the tables because you have to clean it after touching it. Also they dont play music inside

Remember to bring a mask to get the self service boba or slushy. Id you like something like asada fries, come try the bulgogli fries. Boba in a can is great and an easy pickup when we were there. The sizes are more interesting containers.Wheelchair accessibility: Same parking lot as IHOP or golden chopsticks. Easy to find disability parking.
