We were waiting at our table and no one came up to take our drink order after 20 minutes. When the waitress did show up she walked up to a table that was sat after us. We got up and left without even putting a drink order in. The guy who sat us down didnt even bother to stop us or try to assist us. Horrible service, will not visit again.

Wasn’t the best experience by far.. Got a seat then it took a while for someone to come to ask if I was ready to order in a pretty rude way (as if they didn’t want to be helping me) Didn’t get any utensils until after I finally got my food. Five minutes after I got my food they were asking if I wanted the check. Seemed as if they just couldn’t wait for me to leave and just watching me like an animal. But… if you’re Hispanic you’ll get better treatment that’s for sure

Terrible experience at this IHOP. The service from both the waiter and the manager or greeter was completely unprofessional. We went for breakfast, and after some time, the waiter told us we needed to pay the bill. When we went to the register, the person there said the waiter would give us the change which made no sense at all. Why should the waiter handle the change instead of the cashier? The whole situation was confusing and poorly managed. For the record, my friend and I are responsible adults in our 40s we expect to be treated with basic respect. Neither the waiter nor the manager or the greeter showed any sense of professionalism or courtesy. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this location at all.

IHOP is one of my guilty pleasures. The pancakes are always soft and buttery, and I love being able to grab breakfast for dinner. Service here was excellent—fast and friendly. Did have to wait 20 minutes to be seated, but worth the wait.

IHOP's I had a really great experience except today. Where are the cup coffee I had had lipstick on it but overall the food was great AS ALWAYS . WONDERFUL PLACE. CLEAN RESTROOM... STILL MAY FAVORITE PLACE

This is possibly the worst IHOP I have ever been to. The pancakes were so burnt, I nor anyone else in my party could cut them with a knife. I'm not sure how a place known for pancakes can screw up pancakes that terribly. Our server was beyond rude., and she kept cutting us off when we were trying to speak to her. Would not recommend.
