This is possibly the worst IHOP I have ever been to. The pancakes were so burnt, I nor anyone else in my party could cut them with a knife. I'm not sure how a place known for pancakes can screw up pancakes that terribly. Our server was beyond rude., and she kept cutting us off when we were trying to speak to her. Would not recommend.

I met up with several friends after we played basketball this morning. The server seated us in the area we requested and made suggestions for our breakfasts. She was attentive and friendly and checked on us with the right frequency. The food was very good and an excellent value for the price. The facility was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and easy to enter and exit. The perfect spot for meeting for some casual time with friends!

I’m very disappointed in this place because it used to be the best place to eat breakfast. But since of what’s happening at the moment, there’s no good fast waiters. My mother and I waited for a waiter for 20 minutes, there were children screaming in the morning! The food was dry, they over used the blue raspberry syrup which made the drink bitter!

Only thing saving this review from a complete 1 star is server Antonio. He is doing multiple things at once and coming back and forth checking if everything is good. On the other hand the woman arranging seating upon arrival she had no name tag on but utterly in opinion shouldn’t be make comments especially in front of customers how much they don’t want want to be there and throwing things back. I get it, it can be overwhelming being understaffed but making rude comments in front of your customers isn’t it. Managers do better. I work in customer service and this type of behavior would not cut it. I’d prefer to be short staffed and treating customers with respect than saying bluntly out loud over and over again how they don’t want to be there and want to leave. And to see how a woman got burned with coffee that was left on a seat and staff leaving tables dirty I don’t think I will be returning to this location.

My husband and I had breakfast here last week, and the service and food were excellent!! We were greeted within a few minutes of being seated by our waitress. She was very friendly and efficient. My eggs were not cooked quite right, and they immediately made them correctly, without hesitation. The biscuits with cream cheese filling and strawberries were absolutely outstanding!! This was the best breakfast and service I've had from Ihop ever!!
