Hi! I wanted to share feedback regarding a disappointing experience I had on Wednesday, May 21st at one of your San Diego locations.
I placed an order for two burgers, two fries, and two drinks. While I was able to get the fries corrected at the time that were initially given to me incorrect, I later discovered upon getting home that both burgers were made incorrectly and, more concerningly, were severely undercooked. The patties were nearly raw and visibly red inside, making them inedible. Unfortunately, since I had taken the food to go and didnāt notice until I got home, I wasnāt able to return to have the issue resolved.
As a long-time In-N-Out customer, this experience was especially disappointing. Iāve always appreciated the quality and consistency of your food, which is why this visit stood out in a negative way.
I hope this feedback can help improve quality control moving forward. Thank you for taking the time to listen.

Yep, I went there. Drove through. Didn't take a dumb photo of my to go bag burger. It was the same as all the others, congratulations to them. Burger good. Fries need help. Price was not tariffed. I'll be back.

1. Overrated disgusting burger and fries. If your meat quality is so bad that the toppings have to make it taste good, your burgers suck. The fries are worse than getting unsalted fries from McDonalds.
2. Service is top notch. Only reason why I go multiple times is because my wife likes this trash for some reason so I have enough experience with In N Out to know that they are very good service wise.
3. Itās noisy and always busy. Busy outside of meal hours. Neigh impossible to get āin n outā quickly during meal hours.
In n Out is really only for die hard fans that have no idea what a quality burger is and first timers doing it for novelty purposes. I feel like they just happened to be the first major chain in California and luck allowed them to grow. Five Guys is insanely expensive and other fast food chains like McDonalds are their only real competition.
Alex and Jacob had the most exceptional service, hard working young men very friendly very lovely will be coming back again shortly

Not sure if its just me but I keep getting burnt burgers and fries always soggy like they use it from the perious days before. This is not the first time this has happened. It has happened at 4 other locations as well. Please do something about the cooks for over cooking burgers and wait times they already have a long line doesn't make sense to be waiting that long. Thank you
