Sam is a great baker. Her desserts never disappoint. Her once a year lemon bars are to die for!!! She only makes them for the chula vista lemon festival. Her cheesecakes are bomb! Her stuffed brownies delish! Her cookies are beyond triple sized. You can freeze or regrigerate snd these goodies will last. No lie.

I decided to give the delicious goodies a try even tho I can’t have much sugar but one thing is; it’s worth the stomach pain I get (RNY). My kids and husband enjoy from the brownies to the cake jars; even my 8 month old. The almond joy cookie and stuffed brownie have become my all time fav now. I highly recommend trying all the delicious goodies; Sam is sweet, honest and funny so that’s a plus!!Highly recommended; you will enjoy every item on the menu!!
So I had the pleasure of having It’s in the filling at my birthday pop up market and got some cupcake jars, and omg I knew they looked good and couldn’t wait to try! But the minute that spoonful hit my mouth it was like heaven! Sooo delicious, so amazing! I almost don’t want to share with my husband cuz he has been eyeing them. I will definitely be getting some more as soon as I can! So good!

I found It’s in the Filling! During the lockdown closers, we’ll I think we things slowly started to reopen and I’ve been going back ever since. Whether just for a weekly treat or if I’m pre ordering for a holiday she is my go to.Samantha is amazing and creative with her flavor mixing and product execution. You can tell she loves what she does in the quality of her baked goods and her enthusiasm each week! Such hustle and pride in getting items made for pop ups, local community events. Also now a few businesses sell her goods that she keeps fresh with restocks routinely.You’re sure to find something for everyone to enjoy with the great variety of items she makes weekly. From Cookies to Tres Leches to Caramel apples and more! And let me tell you, her apples are the best hands down!! Far better than any apple I have ever gotten at Disneyland(like no competition at all! She blows them out of the water) and for a fraction of the cost.Definitely order ahead to be sure you get your hands and taste buds on delicious desserts you will not regret it.
