So I had the pleasure of having It’s in the filling at my birthday pop up market and got some cupcake jars, and omg I knew they looked good and couldn’t wait to try! But the minute that spoonful hit my mouth it was like heaven! Sooo delicious, so amazing! I almost don’t want to share with my husband cuz he has been eyeing them. I will definitely be getting some more as soon as I can! So good!

I found It’s in the Filling! During the lockdown closers, we’ll I think we things slowly started to reopen and I’ve been going back ever since. Whether just for a weekly treat or if I’m pre ordering for a holiday she is my go to.Samantha is amazing and creative with her flavor mixing and product execution. You can tell she loves what she does in the quality of her baked goods and her enthusiasm each week! Such hustle and pride in getting items made for pop ups, local community events. Also now a few businesses sell her goods that she keeps fresh with restocks routinely.You’re sure to find something for everyone to enjoy with the great variety of items she makes weekly. From Cookies to Tres Leches to Caramel apples and more! And let me tell you, her apples are the best hands down!! Far better than any apple I have ever gotten at Disneyland(like no competition at all! She blows them out of the water) and for a fraction of the cost.Definitely order ahead to be sure you get your hands and taste buds on delicious desserts you will not regret it.

Tried at a Escondido Center For The Arts Concert. It's literally a little explosion of flavor in your mouth. Awesome. The cake was a taddd dry but it made up for it with the unique flavor. I need more lol!!

I stumbled upon deserts made by 'It's in the filling' when I walked into my favorite spot TJ Tortas Y Tacos in Imperial beach.It was meant for me to find because I was just saying I'm craving something like a cake or cookie. And I wish they had something sweet there and guess what?I found a Nutella cheesake ( nobake) and I took one bite and was happy I grabbed one :)You are amazing at what you do. Keep pushing forward by next year you'll have your own bakery. ?To the owners reply ; I actually tried your cookie box as well I couldn't help myself it had around six flavors and I loved them. I'll be back over there to grab some more sweets. I just didn't take a photo of the cookies.

I’ve been purchasing from It’s in The Filling for a few years now and they never disappoint! If there’s a pop-up or pre-order sale going on around the time I will be visiting my family out of town, I have to place an order or stop by and make a purchase to take to them, no more showing up empty handed because one year they offered personalized Christmas cookies and I bought a few, well they never forgot. I then shared the tres leches cups, and they fell in love with the flavors! We have many favorites: oreo and strawberry tres-leches cups, wedding cookies, baileys pistachio cheesecake, the fudge, the pumpkin flan was awesome!! I just had a sample of it and it was amazing!! The cupcakes! lemon poppy seed cupcakes, the pineapple coconut, they’re known for their mexican flavors that i haven’t tried yet! This isn’t assembly line baked goods but quality products. Because of the quality of their flavors and design and the size of each item, I think they are reasonably priced.
