Eduardo was my cashier and had 5 star customer service! Super nice and professional! I hadn't been to Jack in the box for a while and he took time to share some of the most popular items on the menu. Not your typical fast food experience! Good food, cool to have smash burgers in a fast food restaurant and coke machines are always great although most of their drinks were out.

The food is so delicious because the ha they own recipes but the customer service is horrible, I try to get help from a lady that tells me she works in the kitchen but she was serving food and was with a horrible attitude the the supervisor approached and was worse

Went to the drive through and they were very friendly. My order was hot fresh and exactly what I ordered. There were 4 or 5 cars in line and i was through the line in 5 minutes.

Cashiers do not take your order at this location. As soon as you walk in, they tell customers to use the kiosk. I saw several people walk out due to not knowing how to use the kiosk.
I didn't order food for myself because I couldn't find the wrap on the kiosk and not a single employee asked if I needed help.
I added the two tacos to my daughters meal and they came without cheese because the kiosk says it's an additional 60 cents to add cheese.

If you are hungry, don't come here. You will spend about 10 minutes just to try to order your food.

They ignored me at the drive through and when I drove up to the window ignored me again. Wow. The 45-year-old female shift manager is not managing well, I would humbly suggest.

This is the worst jack in the box. The service people are awful, drive thru you wait up to 20 minutes for help. The inside of the store is filled with druggies and prosecutes. Just the worst!

Okay, so when we tried to order, the lady at the speaker disappeared for like 15 minutes. Then, at the window, she messed up our whole order and blamed it on covering someone's break, which isn't a good excuse for bad service. She seemed totally out of it while trying to fix the order and still couldn't get it right. When we got home, the food was raw and my onion rings were soggy. Plus, there was a hair in my chicken sandwich. And to make it even worse, no one answers the phone when you call—they just pick up and hang up. The whole experience was just terrible.

According to the news, Jack in the Box is supposed to close 200 of its restaurants nationwide, including some of those in California and San Diego. This is a good restaurant, and the people here work hard to bring us great cheap meals! They need our support so they don't lose their jobs, and we don't lose Jumbo Jacks, two tacos, Breakfast Jacks, etc. And Jack himself! So let's get our grub on people!🌮🌮🍔👍

I went thru the drive thru today and ordered 4 tacos and a cheese cake and when I got home I realized they didn’t put my cheesecake in the bag. I called serval times and they won’t pick up. So now I have to drive 15 mins in traffic if I want to get my cheesecake I paid for it take a loss

Avoid this franchise store they do not honor J.B. coupons, THE PLACE IS ALWAYS FILTHY.
On the wall menu the item that I ordered was $7.99 but when at the register, the cashier was trying to charge me $8.99 then I questioned the price because I have submitted a coupon for a $4.99 for any breakfast platter combo, the cashier insisted that it was what he came out to the register even though I was trying to explain her, even without the coupon the item should have been $7.99 but yet she was trying to charge me $8.99 so I decided to change my order to a breakfast Jack combo, again the cashier she started charging me for every change I made, like instead of a hash browns I wanted regular fries and instead of coffee I just wanted a regular soda and for those two items, she charge me extra. raising the price of the combo.
I would never come back to this location or any Jack in the box that charges extra for switching for similar items. I've noticed franchise stores they tend to do whatever they want and Jack in the box corporation should take away their license for doing that kind of crooked business practice.
And I believe the consumer should be fully aware of franchises money-hungry practices.
On top of that the vending machine for the sodas as you can see in the picture there were hardly any choices available most of them were greyed out. Meaning that flavor was not available at the machine.

I had to wait for my food. Also, my food is not even cooked and, I didn't get what I wanted i order online.They still took long. When I got there, there's a bunch of line cars and people inside it was dirty. Also, they have so much food there. Now, somehow, my food was not done. Don't come here. It's garbage. Jack in the box, employees do better. Hell, I sew see one of your employees on the phone. Hiding? Like come on. I want my money. refunded. I'm going to order Burger King instead.
