It is so damn unfortunate that a major corporation like Jack In The Box be desperate and have to resort to less than mediocre management at their quick service restaurants! ??!!The general manager (Mel) at this location is absolutely worthless, unprofessional, inept, ignorant, and has no business being the face of Jack in the Box! THIS IS A GM... WTH?!?! The food is really bad - mostly the fried chicken, burnt. When we brought it up he was clueless on how to rectify the problem. The regional supervisor (Aurther) happen to be there and had to tell Mel what to do, but Aurther despicably enough was rude and a jerk about it. We will never patronize this location again.

So this Jack in the box always says they're out of the salsa that they have in the little plastic cups for the burritos. I sent my friend over to get me breakfast this morning because he was nice enough to buy me breakfast and they straight up lied to him and I said we do not have salsa. Which is a straight out lie Because I get it there all the time they have it in the little plastic cups in the fridge under the Register the fact that they're too lazy to make the cups so they can serve it with their breakfast is just outrageous And the fact that they lie and say that they don't have salsa when they know they do. And I have no problem paying for it. The next time this happens, I will be calling corporate .

Took for ever to receive my order and it wasn't busy at all, I don't know if they are just messing around and not completing orders, not coming back to this location.

Food was alright............but they skipped the butter sauce when grilling the sourdough bread for my loaded breakfast sandwich...........the price at this location is really low.............so no really big complaints..............it's just not the same without the butter

This Location has fallen from what it used to be. The previous manager store Jessica had this store in tip top shape! I don’t know what happened to her, but the store has suffered! Where are the crew?? They always either miss something in the order or the food isn’t up to standard! This was once my favorite location? it’s a shame because this is a Corporate location, the standards were always higher.
I don't know why the service was not five stars it may have been because of the weather.

Used drive thru service. And AGAIN THEY GOT THE ORDER INCORRECT. When I went in to get missing items the manager was extremely rude. LAST TIME I WILL GO TO ANY JITB.
