26 years old and my Very First time ever trying jersey mikes today at national city, san diego and let me tell you the service was 10/10 they greeted me with their recomondations to choose ,took the first bite and it was something i wouldnt expect the taste was remarkable Thanks to the staff today 🔥

Dead empty, they were only serving an older lady when I walked in, 3 people working behind the counter, they ignored me till they got done with the one only other customer. Awful “non-chalant” service you expect from every teenager working nowadays. Shoulda walked out , sadly this wasn’t my choice today.

On my way home, I ordered a Big Kahuna Chicken Sandwich #55 and they reconfirmed if they got it correct. After returning home, I expect that I am
Eating Chicken. After eating half way I realized it doent taste like Chicken and the meat is supposed to look white in color instead of dark as in the pics I attached. The dressings and cheeze obscure by amalgamating the flavor to realize what meat you are eating. And apparently its Pork that I have never ate in my life of 34 years because its prohibited for a Muslim to eat it. And no one picks up the call to see if theres a solution. Extremely dissapointing experience after trying Jersey Mike’s the second time.

They got my whole order wrong. Placed onions in my ham and cheese. I asked for no onions. I asked for no mustard in my super sub. It had mustard. I bought 5 sandwiches and only the tuna was right.

No chance whatsoever this store gets a 4.3 star rating. They lack all understanding of good business practices. If you have a store full of people waiting in line (15+), you don't continue to make online orders. And when they did start taking walk in orders they messed everything up because they were trying to achieve some worthless metric. Corporate needs to retrain these people immediately because they are horrible.

I don't go to this Jersey Mike's often but I was helped by Ashley today, who was so sweet and attentive. She had great customer service skills! It was so busy and she still had a smile on her face. I had noticed there was an issue with a customer and she resolved it with respect and professionalism. She made me the best sandwich ever, I will definitely be returning to this location!!

Food good, customer service horrible. I ordered over the phone and was quoted 10-15 minutes, when I arrived they hadn’t even started my order and multiple people had come in after me to order down the line, clearly after I had ordered. Are phone orders put on last priority? Because waiting over 30 minutes for a couple sandwiches seems ridiculous at 2pm. Cashier with glasses and dark wavy/curly hair was rude and condescending with a smile.
