Jersey Mike's Subs

I don't go to this Jersey Mike's often but I was helped by Ashley today, who was so sweet and attentive. She had great customer service skills! It was so busy and she still had a smile on her face. I had noticed there was an issue with a customer and she resolved it with respect and professionalism. She made me the best sandwich ever, I will definitely be returning to this location!!

Food good, customer service horrible. I ordered over the phone and was quoted 10-15 minutes, when I arrived they hadn’t even started my order and multiple people had come in after me to order down the line, clearly after I had ordered. Are phone orders put on last priority? Because waiting over 30 minutes for a couple sandwiches seems ridiculous at 2pm. Cashier with glasses and dark wavy/curly hair was rude and condescending with a smile.

Got me a 99 giant sub and had no chipotle, I asked no jalapenos and it had lots of them, handful of peppers!!! The bread wasn't fresh. Bad service too with these kids plus speaking Spanish like we don't understand! This place has gone downhill what happened to the old employees!?

50 minute wait. The hot sandwich was done before the cold one and obviously because of this got cold. The bread was actually stale which I've never had that experience there before and completely falling apart as well. Watching the associates make the sandwiches too you can see they were overloaded and also falling apart. I saw a huge chunk fall off and she just shoved it back in.

Very crowded. But service was good.

The food is great but the customer service from Eddie was terrible the lady who was cutting my meat great personality asked her about a sandwich she said no problem. I get to Eddie he tells me no we are not switching the meat we are changing you and didn’t even give me my side of bacon. Just a terrible attitude towards me. I asked for my condiments on the side if looks could kill I would have been dead like I spent $53.00 and the service I received from him is bad.
