Went there really looking forward to a sub/torpedo sandwich (based on my experience years ago).Not sure if I came on an off day, or the person was new—but, I believe I ordered, “the original”. Just was not the same experience I recall, and I’m sorry to have to say I just wasn’t impressed.

If I could leave a zero star I would. I waited 30 minutes to be helped, then my order was taken and I was told it would be an additional 25 minutes before my two samwhiches were ready, totally understandable as it was busy. I wait the 25 minutes that I was told and then was told they only have wheat bread. I told them that's fine and then I ask them how much longer it would be and was told there is still 4 orders ahead of me so it would be another 25 30 minute wait.

I normally do not have issues at this location but today was the worst experience ever. I did a mobile order and it was supposed to be ready at 12:58, i got there 5 mins early and it was busy. I totally am understanding in that situation because I have worked food service both front and back of house as well as supervising for 6 years, but this was absolutely ridiculous. People that were in line after i got there got their food before me, everyone with mobile orders that walked in before AND after me got theirs before me. I was standing there waiting while everyone else got their food. At 1:09 I asked when my order would be ready since it had already been 10 mins past the ready time, they said they're just finishing it off but my sandwich was just sitting there for at least 5 mins just waiting to be cut and bagged as they worked on everyone else's sandwiches. I finally got my food at 1:20. I was late to work because of this.

On January 11th 2024 I walked into this location for a take out sandwich, Mikes way of course! The employees were working hard and busy.A young man by the name of Alex was obviously doing his best to provide efficient service, while working hard on orders, he found the time to ask me how I was doing in a very sincere fashion. My heart melted, we need more employees like this in the world. The girl at the cashier was also very pleasant. Thanks Alex, and thank you Jersey Mike’s for hiring nothing but the best! FYI, the food was awesome as always?

It's usually a go-to. The only reason I gave them four stars is because we ordered a mushroom, portobello sandwich and they used regular mushrooms and very little of them so it compared to a subway sandwich unfortunately. But the rest of the sandwiches were awesome like

Tried to order three giants and she said ok it'll take a while! Then the person behind me gets his 4 sandwiches made and says to me oh I'm sorry did you want to cancel! While 6 online pick ups are still waiting!! Such bs!!!

Second time now coming here and the rolls were literally drenched with corn mill had to pull off half the bread for it to be edible and not hard as rock.

Wish I could give zero stars. Placed an online order, went to the store over 20 minutes after the order was to be ready, only to be told after waiting another 20 minutes that they were out of bread and could not complete my order. Staff agreed to refund my purchase. It has now been 2 weeks, the purchase was not refunded despite what corporate told me. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
My wife and I kill that chipotle steak and cheese. I basically lick the paper when there's nothing else. It's bomb.

Idk what it is about this jersey mikes. The are super friendly staff but there was like 6 people working and there was only one person in front of me. It was literally the longest I ever waited for a sandwich. I felt like they worked in slo motion.

Ordered online at 515pm. Did not recieve my SINGLE sandwich until 6pm. Absolutely ridiculous. No apology or explanation from the staff why it would ever take that long. Several walk in clients were served before me after having my order placed for 45 minutes. Insane.
