This place was just okay to me. I tried the chicken tenders, and they were just like any other chicken tender. I wanted to try their special sauce, but they were all out so that was disappointing. My friend ordered the spaghetti, and it wasn’t my favorite. It had a unique, sweet flavor, but it wasn’t for me. The Peach Mango Pie was definitely my favorite here. I suggest trying the Ube Pie. It’s quite unique.

Service was terrible and the supervisor mae was very disrespectful she was no help at all and rude to me on top of it all, I spent $100 + here and got crappy service and waited an hour and a half for some food even though I placed order in advance it gave me a time when the food will be done but it was nowhere near that time The people working in this establishment are rude disrespectful and on top of that are liars last time coming here they need a better system and some serious management I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

A popular taste of the Philippines. One of the best fried chicken you can get. Recommend the Spicy Chicken Joy, Palabok, or Burger Steak. Only negative thing I can say, and this is not just for this location specifically but for all Jollibee’s in the US, is the prices are way overpriced, which keeps me from eating here as often. Overall 4⭐️

I ordered a spaghetti from jollibee today around 12:30 and the crew member who helped me gave me the palabok( type of pansit) i found out when i got home when my daughter opened the box. I wondered why the crew member gave me that instead of spaghetti when i specifically told her spaghetti is the only food that my daughter wants from there.( My daughter prefers popoyes fried chicken but she loves jolly spaghetti) the staff gave it to me so quickly and looked at me weirdly and now i know why?..my daughter was disappointed but she ate it anyway because she was hungry..the crew member was a girl, she is not a filipino at least i don't think so, and does not seem to speak tagalog but that doesn't matter,.my point is, if they choose to work at a place like that they should at least learn the menu because the menu of course is not of typical American type food. At least learn something about the food you're serving not just pick out anything and serve it...
Food was hot and fresh. Service was good. But since the space inside is small, it feels crouded.

Chicken was given to me raw!!! There was even blood coming out of the chicken. My family couldn’t eat the food nor take it back because it was late.

Jollibee – National City Location
Located in a large plaza with ample parking, this Jollibee branch in National City offers a convenient spot to grab their famous fried chicken and Filipino-inspired fast food. One unique aspect of this location is that it opens at 8 AM, allowing customers to enjoy a fried chicken breakfast experience—definitely something special for early risers!
Dining Experience
The indoor seating area is quite limited and feels a bit narrow, but they do have outdoor seating, which might make it possible to bring dogs along for a meal.
Food Highlights
Chickenjoy – Their signature crispy, juicy fried chicken always hits the spot, whether for breakfast or lunch.
Ube Pie – A creamy, rich dessert with a deep ube flavor—definitely a must-try!
Peach Mango Pie – Packed with sweet, fruity filling, making it a perfect end to the meal.
Overall, this Jollibee location provides the classic flavors and experience, though the small indoor space might make outdoor seating the better option when dining in.

If you’re planning to order at the National City Jollibee and your cashier is Rica, be prepared to double-check your order—because she clearly doesn’t. I placed my order in-store, and thanks to her lack of listening skills, I ended up missing HALF of my food. It took about 30 minutes to get my initial (incomplete) order, and then I had to wait nearly another 40 minutes just to get a Jollispaghetti and a 1-piece Chicken Joy combo. Unacceptable.
To make matters worse, Rica’s attitude was anything but welcoming. She looked like she couldn’t wait to get out of there, and not once did she bother to smile or show even the slightest bit of customer service etiquette. If you’re going to work up front, at least try to make the experience pleasant for customers.

Everytime my wife and I come something is always wrong. And we hardly come maybe once a month. This is probably our 9th time coming. And I would say quality and service went from Not bad to Needs Improvement. Employees look miserable and ready to leave..
Came in today 03/05/2025 and ordered the 3pc with 1 side which I chose mashed potatoes. They forget to give me the mashed potatoes. Wished I would have checked the order before leaving. Chicken tasted old and not as crunchy, meat was slimey and undercooked. Biscuit was really hard and not soft.. This is my last time coming. Only good thing was the spaghetti
