Bad service from the overweight Mexican female employee I think she’s the manager she can sometimes be rude been there a couple of times now and she always has attitude

So this place really is bad. Twice this week, I tried to order 2 Pot Pies and a drink. Twice I'm told it will take 25 minutes to cook them. When they run low on a product, they won't make any more. These managers are worthless.

Probably the most poorly and inefficiently ran KFC I have been to. It’s 1 pm in the afternoon and two different items on the menu aren’t prepared and are a “3-4 minute” wait, which turned in to 10 plus minutes for 3 famous bowls. I had to walk in to the store for my order as I am in a rush and need to get back to work, employees standing around laughing and chatting with absolutely no care or urgency for others orders. The manager is the one who helped assist me too, this place is a joke.

I go here a lot usually late at night and it's usually pretty decent. Don't expect much considering it's fast food but this time was extra gross. Found two different strands of hair in my food and they were different hairs. The drive through lady was dismissive and didn't give me the sauce I asked for and almost didn't give me my drink. The chicken was decent but the fried part of it was rock solid, scratched the inside of my mouth and had clearly been sitting for a while. Fries were old and crunchy. Bummer. Wasn't worth $14 for a disappointing meal.

I ordered two 3 pcs tenders, was going to order the 5 pcs but cashier told me to get 2 of the 3 pcs and is cheaper so I said “yes I’ll get that instead”. When we got home and eat, we only have 3 pcs tenders in the box instead of 6 and no sauce given for the tenders. Make sure to check your order before leaving the store.

As a PSA I would like to warn potential customers that, according to the young man at the drive-thru window at this establishment, online orders are not seen by the associates working at the store. They receive the order via phone (again, this is according to the associate). I was told this when I checked my order before leaving the store to ensure that unlike the last time, that my sauces would be correct. They were not! Even after telling the guy that I wanted 2 each of the Buffalo Ranch & Bbq, he still got it wrong! And, I had to remind them to provide the large mashed potatoes and gravy that I was charged for. Idk how they will allow one to place an online order, make various selections, then completely ignore the request by simply serving the standard, basic order.

They have two bathrooms but only let guests use one of them. Super entitled staff. They don't need one bathroom reserved for just them.

It was almost 10 and closing time when I got there. I was able to place my order and wasn't made to feel rushed. My order was received fresh and hot like it was the first order of the day. I really appreciated the workers not scowling cause I placed an order so close to closing. My dog and I went outside and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. I haven't been able to go out for food in quite some time. So, thank you all for making it worthwhile and enjoyable and it was delicious, better than I remember even though it's gotten more expensive.
