Customer service is horribly disappointing. you would expect a business to help you if you left your wallet. I called and asked for a manager to explain my situation but their response was that they could not give me that information. I was told to call later so I asked " please give me the managers name. she replied " I can't give you that information. I asked who I was speaking to and she responded I can't give you that information. this leads me to think they stole my wallet! unfortunately corporate is closed today and they cannot help until Monday. very unprofessional and untrustworthy workers at this location, Hopefully the owners did not train their workers this way and can address this for future references

The service is terrible. The chubby short girly gave me attitude when trying to pay for my ice cream, she didn’t say how much I owe, she just stood there waiting for me to hand the money which I didn't know how much and the other girls just stood there as well, like what in the world. The ice cream was melting and I noticed they cleaned the inside of the ice cream containers with a dirty rug.

Great service at the beginning but if you can’t finished off something or you want to take it home they charge you for the cup,plate or even bag it’s like we made the purchase already and you’re going to charge me for the item so I can take it home, it’s like you’re not in Mexico to charge for the supplies. Last time that we shop here it’s such an embarrassment that they charge you to go supplies.
