Really good ice-cream.Was a little busy. Esquites had no flavor.

Not the best customer service one of the employees was a bit rude 🙄 but it was very clean and the tostielotes were good.

I was there yesterday, the place had great reviews and it did have a large line. Unfortunately my experience was very bad! They had 2 employees and the service was super slow, they were out of several items including agua de frutas which is what I wanted to try, I ordered a fruit salad paid over $15 and it wasn’t fully packed, you could easily fit a lot more, the second order was cucumber, watermelon and mango with no chamoy and I didn’t realize they added chamoy until I got home! That was also very scarce and to make matters worse they gave me a very small side of granola and wanted to charge an extra $1😡. Bad experience will not return, nor recommend this place to friends or family. I hope the owner looks into what they are doing with his place, I heard they started doing great and many agreed that they are not keeping up with expectation.

I am beyond disgusted with my recent experience at La Michoacana. My father placed an order and after getting home, We opened the Tostilocos only to find a long black hair mixed in with cucumber stuck under other pieces of cucumber .
This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards at this location.
I truly hope that management takes sanitation seriously and addresses this issue with the employee who was working on March 14 around 2:40pm- 3 PM.
Customers should not have to worry about basic food safety when ordering from an establishment like this. Sadly one of me and my families favorite snack spots has now changed our perspective of this place ! Please handle food how you would like yours in return .

The employees are extremely rude and the place is so unorganized customers kept shoving themselves in front of me with their whole family without saying excuse me and out of all customers the employees only chose to make me and my husband wait almost 30 min to take our order, I’m pretty sure I know why, but I won’t go there. Any tourist or anybody coming to California there’s multiple locations just search up La michoacana on google. Try university ave. This specific location does not welcome other ethnicities or races.

It’s a nice spot to enjoy ice cream it’s a bit on the small side compared to others I’ve been to besides that employees were amazing and their is a big variety of flavors to choose from.

Customer service is horribly disappointing. you would expect a business to help you if you left your wallet. I called and asked for a manager to explain my situation but their response was that they could not give me that information. I was told to call later so I asked " please give me the managers name. she replied " I can't give you that information. I asked who I was speaking to and she responded I can't give you that information. this leads me to think they stole my wallet! unfortunately corporate is closed today and they cannot help until Monday. very unprofessional and untrustworthy workers at this location, Hopefully the owners did not train their workers this way and can address this for future references
