It’s a nice spot to enjoy ice cream it’s a bit on the small side compared to others I’ve been to besides that employees were amazing and their is a big variety of flavors to choose from.
This place is amazing. We are actually from Michoacan, and the ice cream/ paletas and everything tastes as good or better than the ones we get there. The place is clean, and the cashiers/servers are quick. On a hot day, we go in and can sit and eat our ice cream there.
I used to visit La Michoacana a lot when I lived in the Bay Area, so I was excited to find a location near me now that I’m in San Diego. The prices were really low. However, the cashier overcharged me around $8.54 for the banana split, which was advertised to be $6.50 before tax, which would be about $7 after tax. Nonetheless, the banana split was delicious, and I loved the flavors I got which were the strawberry, Ferraro, and vanilla ice creams.
