Walked in to employees arguing with one another in the kitchen not agreeing on how the food should be cooked. Very unprofessional as customers including myself could hear and see everything going on. Huge line waiting, customers were told 35-40min wait for pizza. No leadership at that store

Well I don't usually write reviews But this place is just excites ordinary. So I have to.. extra ordinary when it comes to customer service. I ordered online so I pick it up on time. I got there 3 Minutes before the actual pick up time. The order was not ready or placed at the pick up digital warmer. I waited for another 5 minutes past the scheduled pick up. I asked the cashier and said they are waiting for the breadsticks. My order was pepperoni with veggies pizza and bread sticks. Another 20 minutes passed and All this people that were placing order at the counter where getting their pizza made. Came and went.. so I asked the register and he said it should be ready soon. 45 minutes into it and I hear the cashier said' "Yoh he's been waiting haha.." then 5 minutes later the order came out.. and I looked at the pizza it looked like trash.. they did it in a hurry.. This is place has one of the sorriest customer service. I wonder who owns this store. I feel sorry for them.. loosing customer and profit due to lazy or mismanage operation. And the bread sticks were hard. The hell with this place..

They work best when it's slow, I can't blame this place specifically. Little ceaser lacks customer service, prime example, and starts employing people who need a job to speed up the flow of work. I can't tell you I'm surprise with the idea of having 1 employee at the cash register and disappear for 5-8 minutes, that's remarkable.
