"Sushi uses fish, both raw and cooked, vegetables, and vinegared rice." Is not that sushi is "not real" like some people may say. It just evolved into new styles of sushi adding cooked Ingredients. And yeah sushi is originally known for using raw fish. Everything evolves and has to, or you gonna say cell phones are not real because they evolved haha.
