Very delicious Japanese cheesecake. I came to try something new like the Taiyakis but I arrived at 8 pm and told me that they weren’t making anymore :( I wish I would have known sooner. Maybe get a sign on the entrance. I did get my cheesecake 😋.

I hate the fact that I have to write this and give a rating of 1. We had this place for the first time 2 days ago and absolutely loved it. The service was amazing. After having withdrawals, I decided to get a snack for the family at 8:42pm. To my surprise the two boys working this night already brought the signs in. I promptly asked if they were open, they said yes. I started to order my ice creams and he said that they sold out of ALL ice cream and all that was available was the pastries in the case. They both swore to God that they sold out. I asked for a boba and then they said that the kitchen closed. Once I got outside, I turned around in disbelief of what just happened to find the two of them laughing at me.
Not only is this extremely unprofessional but disappointing. I can’t say that I’ll be back anytime soon especially while these two boys are working.

I just walked out of this location and the employee an older Asian lady with squared shirt literally was very rude and zero welcoming to a group of 5 ladies that were interested in consuming . The place was dead . If I was the owner I wouldn’t be happy the customers literally walked out and didn’t order due to this lady that had a face of boredom and didn’t care for customers or answering any questions or at least being welcoming to convince these 5 customers to order . 5 orders lost due to her

0 customer service from whoever was working the evening shift on 2/19/25. We walked in and weren't greeted, didn't ask if we had been in before or if we had any questions. My husband and I were confused and had no idea about any of the cheesecakes etc. we tried ordering the tayaki but I guess the machines were closed already so we just opted for 2 slices of cheesecake. Didn't confirm my order either and just handed it to us. He definitely gave me the wrong one but (matcha cheesecake) but it was still good. Didn't inform us of the frozen cheesecake and that we should wait for it to defrost. Overall disappointing and pricey.

she didn’t want to make any other dessert, and we got at the place 1:30 before closing and said we couldn’t dine in anymore. She was very disrespectful towards us.

If you’re here for cheesecake, do it. But the drinks, no. I’ve been here twice for their drinks but it was a letdown for both visit. Something is lacking on the taste. But their cheesecake are good. I love the matcha one.

I like a lot the ice cream and the cake, but the service is sad.. we came from Tijuana ( a lot of traffic and a lot of time in the car) and my daughter of 8 want to go the restroom, and the ladys dont let me used.. it was for a kid!! I dont want to come back sadly
