Like other customer reviewed, This is the WORST McDonald’s in National City. Employees took forever to bring my food to curbside pick up. I ordered bbq sauce for my nuggets but the employee keep speaking to me in Spanish and pretend that she doesn’t understand English(or she really doesn’t speak English I don’t know) so she insist to pick ketchup instead from the box by gesture pointing it. I was like never mind so I had to go inside to get it because she insist that she doesn’t want to go back to get it. Whats the point for curbside pick-up if you make customers to get out the car and go inside to get some item that their own employees forgot to bring? And when I went inside,there were 5-7 customers standing front of the counter patiently for their food. A lady told me she was waiting for almost 10 mins for 2 burgers because employees prioritized drive-through customers. When I asked for the BBQ sauce an employee threw it on the counter with attitude..smh When I go back to my car and checked the bag noticed that they forgot my burger as well. Make sure to check your bag or go somewhere else.

Would be 0 stars if I could always when this little short man is working makes people order at the kiosk witch would not be a problem if there card readers would work after ordering I went to pay for my meal at the counter because the card reader would not take my card I asked him if he could add a fry to my order and he refused to add it to my order and told me to go back to the kiosk to order my fry witch is absolutely ridiculous because I would have had to come back to the counter to pay for the fry when I got upset telling him why can't you add it to my order because I have to come back here and pay for it anyway because your card reader is not working at your kiosk he refused to sell me the fry because I had attitude about them having me use a kiosk that does not work just to add a fry to my order this little man always pushes people to the kiosk and is so lazy that he cannot add a fry to someone's order he makes them a walk to the kiosk order it and then walk back to the counter to pay for it when he could have just added it at the counter when I was paying for the first order absolutely ridiculous poor customer service on his part whether I had an attitude or not he should not be sending me back and forth to a kiosk that does not work to take my payment I've had this problem with this little short guy in the past always working between 3 and 7:00 when I go poor customer service just pushing people to kiosks that will not take your card and then you have to walk to the counter to pay so I don't understand why he can't take your order at the counter instead of making you go to a kiosk that does not work taking payments I will be going into Chula Vista to go to McDonald's now because the one in National City sucks

Beware of the very large man towards the end of the night. Seems very miserable being there and will give you attitude if you ask for sauces /: almost as if it were coming out of his check and very rude.

Way too expensive, two fish fillet and a LG diet coke 18.00, that's the last for me, I'll make my own fish sandwich, McDonald's it was fun but no more too EXPENSIVE!!!!!

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the customer service during my recent visit. I ordered an iced coffee and requested extra caramel before paying, as i know there will be an extra charge so then i proceed to pay. But at the end Florencia/Wendy did not add the extra fees and I was informed that there would be an additional charge of $1 per pump of caramel.
The way this was handled left me feeling unsatisfied. Instead of offering the extra caramel as a gesture of good service, they insisted on charging me without trying to accommodate my request, which caused unnecessary frustration.
As a customer, I felt that the decision to refuse a simple request, rather than provide a positive experience, was disappointing. I would have expected better customer service and more flexibility.
I hope that you will consider addressing this issue with your staff, as small acts of courtesy can make a big difference in customer satisfaction.

Employees are not worth their new minimum wage. No motivation, dirty tables, very filthy restroom. Order was ok except they just had an issue giving out condiments. Soda station was filthy, unstocked and a couple fountain drinks were out of syrup. Was in between lunch and dinner rush and they weren't busy.

Do not.. I repeat Do not come here unless you want bad service. I recommend going to another McDonald's. They know their service is horrible but they still don't care. I did a mobile order pickup. If you do one. DONT expect anybody to come out with your food. You're going to have to go in there.

It took about 20 to 30 minutes to get my boys kids food, not including my fries and coffee. There were two customers, before me and another customer, that got a coffee that tasted like it was watered down, per them. They asked for help and were ignored. There was a transient being bulgar. They let him be. The customer after me waited almost as much as me. Drive through were being helped more than customers wanting to eat in. Dad came with his little girl 8? Boy younger. Had to wait for the transient to leave, for his little girl and boy to use the restroom, sit and eat. Like all McDonald's goodbye to play ground for kids to play at. Eat first of course, or vice versa. McDonald's is more drive through than sit and eat. More expensive day by day.
