I was picking up my order at the last window and forgot to order something and Guillermo was rude about it. I get we all have our bad days but if I’m still paying for my order shouldn’t I be in the right to order. Mind you there were no other cars behind me.
Did a curbside pickup just about to pull away and something told me to check me order. Good thing i did because my order was incorrect. I would of driven home and been upset for my order not being correct. Had to walk into the restaurant to get correct order. Not happy with this place. Plus my fries was not cooked fullly
Employees are not worth their new minimum wage. No motivation, dirty tables, very filthy restroom. Order was ok except they just had an issue giving out condiments. Soda station was filthy, unstocked and a couple fountain drinks were out of syrup. Was in between lunch and dinner rush and they weren't busy.
