My husband and I just went through this drive through and there was a gentleman who gave us a wrong order and then requested for the food back after the fact this food was in our vehicle. I didn’t see that he threw it in the trash which causes a concern as a food violation. Our food was handed to us and the boxes weren’t even closed. Seems like there was little to no care about customer service as well as the food.

This McDonald’s has to be one of the worst places I’ve been to. They could be over-staffed, no one in the lobby, you could be the only car in the drive-thru, and they would still find a way to mess up your order. Like tonight’s incident for instance, I a pretty simple order: 20 nuggets, large fries, and a small fries. I drive up to the first window and the cashier reads off that I ordered the Big Mac Bundle. I correct her and she just gives me a side-eye and says “yea yea… it’s $25.xx”. I pay it and look at the receipt and lo and behold, she charged me for the Big Mac Bundle. I complain at the second window and express how unacceptable it is that I have to wait now for a refund yet they’re going to charge me twice just to “correct” my order without any type of compensation other than “oh sorry about that”. All and all I paid for re-fried nuggets, cold fries for about $50. That is just one example of how incompetent those workers are.

Order 12 holiday pies . They gave me 8 fresh pies and 4 pies that were cold and stale . I know pies is 12 minute wait, but I waited for 30 minutes. I’m not sure why they gave me 4 cold pies that were stale, they could’ve just made 12 pies fresh. Very lazy people here .

For the people complaining about the workers not helping you with the kiosk machines can you at least try to read before asking for help? How hard can it be to REAS and FOLLOW the instructions on a kiosk for a simple order? You want the workers to chew the food for you too? Go cry at your house not here
No sauce, i ordered 20 nuggets with 3 spicy buffalo sauces, the maximum the app will let you add, and they smiled at me and let me away with 0 sauces. Shame.

If breakfast ends at 1030 am online order is placed before 1030 it makes no sense to cancel the customers order and refuse to make it…..
