my wife and I ordered the 2 sausage muffins like always do my wife got really sick after eating the sandwich, it smell like a rotten egg I couldn't eat 😩

On 02/02/25 I Came here since it was off the fwy. I went to the bathroom, and went to the sink to wash my hands. There's only ONE soap dispenser located on the left hand side, (the side where I was washing my hands) at the same time there was an employee who just finished using the restroom, and she stood on the right hand side sink. The employee didn't wash her hands as she didn't ask me to move to use the soap dispenser located on the left hand side. The employee just rinsed her hands with water, semi dried her hands and left. I went outside the restroom to ask her if she was going to wash her hands, she probably didn't hear me and proceeded to go back into the kitchen. I told the manager and told her what happened. The manager then proceeded to say that she was on break!! Didn't apologize or even reprimanded the employee. I may understand if she was on break and not in the kitchen, however, it is no excuse not to wash your hands BEFORE leaving the bathroom, that's disgusting!! Please don't eat here!

I waited 30 mins for my order to be messed up 3 times while still at the restaurant. I get home just to find out they completely messed up the sandwiches I got. I asked for extra nuggets for compensation I didn't even get that! I called to complain and ask for a breakfast sanwhich for free the next day. Not a big ask considering how bad they mess up and all she offers me is a apple pie! I hadn't even found out i got completely screwed at this point but I was already mad. I waited 30 mins for a 30$ order just for them to completely mess it up bc they made it on memory vs looking at the receipt! I called back and asked for the managers name and they refused to give me the managers name! What a joke this location is. Used to be good when we first moved here and has severely gone down hill. I'm not going here anymore and I suggest you all stand clear too. Oh while I waited those 30 mins? Multiple customers were ignored for simple requests and complained. Store wasn't even that busy. Terrible cs.
I feel like we can all agree the two drive thru merge setup failed as a concept.
