Bad: - Temperature inside was hotter than outside. This should not be the case in the middle of summer. - Getting help from any of the workers is a task. I couldn't get a refill. - There is no one present to take orders.

Everytime I come here the ladies in the drive thru have bad attitudes. They also need to get their story straight because one time a lady wanted to charge me 35 cents for one singular sauce, another time a lady told me that if I wanted sauces I was gonna have to go inside the restaurant, and this time the lady straight up told me they had no sauces at all. It’s funny how when I ask to speak to the manager, they will always somehow find a way to come up with the sauces. Very odd individuals and I won’t be returning anymore, drive the extra few minutes to the next mcdonald’s and save yourself the trouble.

“Manager” chris overcharged me for a second burger and thought I wouldn’t notice. I’m not sure if McDonald’s isn’t paying their employees enough, but for them to attempt to steal from customers is absurd. Either their drawer was short or they were hungry and thought they could eat off of my money. Would also be wonderful if their employees spoke fluent English.

I normally go to this location because I believe their food is better here. The fries I get are usually crispy and soft on the inside. They usually have a bit of a line when I go in the evening time but it does go by pretty quickly.

Service here is just straight trash now. The drive thru takes too long, the curbside is even worse. Would normally excuse this if the food was even hot. Nope. Just straight cold. Orders are always wrong or they forget something. They gotta step it up in this location.
